Those who register but fail to turn up for the programme will be billed accordingly. Therewill be no refund for cancellation within 2working days prior to the programme, 50%refund for cancellation between 3-6 working
days and full refund for cancellation 7working days prior to the programme.However, replacement will be accepted atno additional cost. CANCELLATION MUST
