1. Register your name with UTHM at bit.ly/returnuthm2. Obtain flight itinerary to match the proposed travel date in #1 to be used in #3. (Do not purchase flight ticket prior to Travel Authorisation (TA) approval)3. Apply TA approval online athttps://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/travel‐authorisation‐form‐base.html4. Email documents (TA Approval Letter, LOU form, flight ticket, Passport copy, Latest visa page) to the nearest Malaysian embassy to obtain Permission Letter to enter Malaysia. 5. Undergo PCR COVID‐19 swap test within 3 days prior to the departure. 6. New student Existing student with visa expired need to apply for Single Entry Visa prior to departure. 7. Print hardcopy and fly with all the approval letters, COVID results and related travel documents (e.g. eVAL / SEV/ Student Pass)
1. Notify your arrival to IO UTHM via email ([email protected] )2. Install mobile apps ‘MySejahtera’3. Online payment for quarantine cost and COVID‐19 test. (RM3500 – RM4500) ‐ RM2600 (Fixed fee)‐ RM150/day (Quarantine fee)‐ RM120 to RM250 (Covid Test)4. Undergo COVID‐19 swap test at KLIAa) If positive or show symptom, student will be referred to the Hospital with full cost to be borne by the student. b) If negative & no symptom, student will undergo a mandatory quarantine period (from 7 – 14 day).
1. Transit to quarantine center by the allocated shuttle service2. Update IO UTHM via email ([email protected]) your expected completion date of quarantine for arrangement of transit to UTHM. 3. Depart from quarantine center by UTHM shuttle
