    Gagner le gros lot

    Quand Pat Wells, diteur et directeur gnral chez Cyclepresse, ma offert le poste de rdacteur en chef (pour Skipresse et Cyclepresse), jtais honor, videmment. Et aussi trs excit ; si jtais amateur de paris hippiques, je dirais avoir gagn un trifecta. Les trois choses que jaime le plus dans la vie le ski, le vlo, et jongler avec les mots runies ; une formule parfaite.

    Un peu trange, peut-tre, quun Amricain vivant au Vermont devienne rdacteur en chef de deux publications canadiennes. Mais dans le monde des communications, cest comme a. Grce aux merveilles de la connectivit cyberntique, je travaille du Vermont, Pat et Mari-Jo Lamarche, de Mont-Tremblant, et notre brillant graphiste, Jean-Philippe Gaudet, de Saint-Jacques, prs de Montral. Les autres membres de lquipe de la rdaction et de la photographie sont littralement parpills travers le globe. Notre bureau commun est le cyberespace.

    Javais dj travaill pour Skipresse avant que Pat nen prenne la direction et je suis avec Cyclepresse depuis ses dbuts. Je me trouve donc en territoire familier. Mais lopportunit daffermir mes liens avec des gens aussi talentueux et cratifs me fait grand plaisir. Cest comme gagner le tierc, et raliser un tour du chapeau.

    Hitting the jackpot

    When Pat Wells, the Cyclepresse Publisher and General Manager, asked me to take on the role of Editor-in-Chief (for Skipresse and Cyclepresse), I was, of course, honored. I was also thrilled; if I were a gambler, I might think of this as winning a trifecta. Three of the things that bring me the greatest joy in life skiing, cycling, and working with words became wrapped into one, neat package.

    It might seem odd that an American living in Vermont is now the editor-in-chief of two Canadian publications. But such is the way of the world in communications. Through the miracle of cybernetic connectedness, I work in Vermont, Pat and Mari-Jo Lamarche work in Mont-Tremblant, and our great designer, Jean-Phillipe Gaudet, is in Saint-Jacques, near Montral. The rest of our writing and photography team is literally scattered around the globe. Our shared office is in cyberspace.

    I have worked for Skipresse in previous incarnations for several years and for Cyclepresse since its inception. So I am in familiar territory in taking on this new role. But the opportunity to strengthen my bond with such a talented and creative team is a special pleasure. It is like winning a trifecta with a hat trick thrown in.

  • La premire quipe canadienne professionnelle procontinentale UCI nest plus pour linstant, du moins. Cdant aux pressions financires lies au roulement dune telle quipe, SpiderTech a suspendu ses activits. Bien que le rve de Steve Bauer, directeur de lquipe, davoir une quipe canadienne sur le WorldTour et au Tour de France soit prsentement en attente, il aura accompli sa mission hausser le niveau du cyclisme canadien dune manire diffrente.

    SpiderTech a t une importante rampe de lancement permettant quelques coureurs canadiens dobtenir des contrats avec des quipes WorldTour. Maintenant plus que jamais, si des coureurs canad iens sont en mesure dvoluer sur le WorldTour, le top niveau du cyclisme profes-sionnel, cest en grande partie grce SpiderTech.

    Guillaume Boivin (Cannondale), Hugo Houle (AG2R La Mondiale), et Franois Parisien (Argos-Shimano) se sont tous trouv des postes sur des quipes WorldTour grce, notamment, aux rsultats obtenus

    avec SpiderTech. Svein Tuft, lui, stait dj servi de SpiderTech comme tremplin, ayant rejoint la formation Orica-GreenEdge ds 2012.

    Mais cette lance pourrait peut-tre se poursuivre. Le site Web de SpiderTech, gr par Cycle Sport Management, l entreprise de Bauer, continue sa mise jour et accueille ses visiteurs avec le message : Project 2014 we ll be back.( Projet 2014 nous serons l. ) Ainsi, bien quelle prenne une pause, lquipe aura fait natre lespoir dun avenir prometteur pour le cyclisme canadien.

    Canadas first UCI professional continental cycling team is no more at least for now. Bowing to the inevitable financial pressures that come with running a top pro team, Team SpiderTech has disbanded. While owner and manager Steve Bauers dream of landing a Canadian team on the WorldTour and in the Tour de France is now on hold, his mission to elevate Canadian cycling has been accomplished in other ways.

    SpiderTech has proven to have been an important launching pad for several Canadians to land contracts with WorldTour teams. The WorldTour is the top of the pro cycling food chain, and today, thanks largely to SpiderTech, there are more Canadians riding at that level than ever before.

    Guillaume Boivin (Cannondale), Hugo Houle (AG2R La Mondiale), and Franois Parisien (Argos- Shimano) have all secured spots in WorldTour teams, thanks largely to resums they compiled while riding for SpiderTech. Svein Tuft

    had already used SpiderTech as a stepping stone to the WorldTour in 2012, now r id ing w ith Orica-GreenEdge.

    The show might well go on. SpiderTechs sti l l-l ive internet home page , p roduced by Bauers company, Cycle Sport Management, greets visitors with this message : Project 2014 well be back. While SpiderTech as a pro cycling team might be taking a break, it has given Canadian cycling enormous hope for good things to come in the near future.

  • Natalie Soul, cest Nathalie PrudHomme, une artiste peintre des Laurentides qui, dans son portfolio, prsente des uvres sur le vlo. 46 ans, mre de deux enfants, Nathalie lutte contre un cancer son quatrime. Un parcours inusit la fois bouleversant et stimulant. Au fil des preuves, elle saccroche, reprend le rythme et semble chaque fois revenir plus forte.

    Une approche artistique au ct soul , imprgne dune touche vidente de fminit et de sensibilit. Des corps de femmes, certes, mais lartiste nous plonge aussi dans

    lunivers du vlo : On spin ? et Sky is NOT the limit, des toiles empreintes de mouvement et animes dune vritable fougue ; celle dune jeune femme qui, nayant pas froid aux yeux, a dj complt le 24h de vlo de Tremblant et qui, le 22 fvrier dernier, recevait la mdaille du Gouverneur gnral.

At age 46, a mother of two living in the Laurentians, Nathalie is fighting cancer, for the fourth time. These are circumstances that can be overwhelming, but they are motivating, too. After each battle with the disease, she gets back on track, gathers speed and returns stronger than ever.

    Her works have a soul, expressing both femininity and sensitivity. Yes, there are womens bodies featured, but she also plunges us with a passion into the world of cycling. On spin ? and Sky is NOT the limit are works brimming with movement and lit by the specific passion of a woman who, undaunted, has already completed the Tremblant 24h of Cycling.     Cyclocross crazy

    With the staging of the world championships in Louisvil le, Kentucky, the cyclocross season came to an end. Not so long ago, the sport seemed a fringe activity riding and running through snow and mud in the middle of winter ? for a bunch of whackos based mainly in northern Europe. But in recent years, its popularity in North America has surged, and the fact that the world championships were held on this continent affirms that fact.

    That Geoff Kabush and Emily Batty were the top Canadians among the elite riders in Louisville is almost beside the point on the current cyclocross scene. Instead, the big news in cyclocross is the fast, grassroots growth of the sport, both among competitors and spectators.

    With under-one-hour races held on relatively short courses, the action is intense fast, manic, filled with crashes, and very spectator-friendly. At many events, beer tents provide retreat for liquid refreshment, and the show can be raucous, somewhat like cycling meets rodeo.

    Lyne Bessette, who has spent plenty of time on the cyclocross circuit with husband Tim Johnson (who finished 19th in the elite mens race in Louisville), reports that more people than ever are now racing, and that races fill out in no time. Events like the Srie de cyclocross ko have helped boost an interest and following for cyclocross in Canada. Crazy maybe, but it is craziness that is becoming contagious.

  • Ryder Hesjedal is living a dream. At 31, he is a prime athlete in the prime of his career, anointed as the best road cyclist Canada has ever produced and with a grand tour title to prove it. And it gets better : When a Cyclepresse writer called for an interview in December, Hesjedal was luxuriating in paradise, comfortably nested in his off-season base camp in Maui.

    Pas surprenant . Un naturel , Hesjedal a toujours eu ce quil fallait pour russir et ce, ds ses dbuts comme jeune coureur V ic tor i a , en Colombie -Britannique. Il faisait beaucoup de sport soccer, baseball, football,

    et vers l ge de 12 ans, dcida de me consacrer au vlo, ma passion. Ctait le dbut des annes 90, alors que la popularit du vlo de montagne tait son comble, et le niveau (de comptition), trs fort , soutient Hesjedal. Pour vivre sa passion, le vlo de montagne, plutt que la route, savrait donc le choix logique.

    But that should come as no surprise. Hesjedal is a natural, seemingly blessed with the right stuff since his early days as a pipsqueak rider in Victoria, British Columbia. He was into many sports as a kid soccer, baseball, football but at around age 12, he decided to

    commit to cycling as my passion. It was the early 90s, at the height of mountain bikings popularity, when the (competitive) level was very high, says Hesjedal. Mountain biking was the logical choice over the road as an outlet for his new cycling passion.

    It did not come easily at first his naturalness did not assert itself instantaneously and he began by getting my ass kicked. But he gradually rose through the ranks of mountain bikers in western Canada, and by his last year as

    Il na cess de samliorer. En 1998, il termina deuxime aux Championnats du monde junior, dcrocha une seconde mdaille dargent aux Championnats du monde U23 de 2001, puis une

    autre chez les hommes lites lors des Championnats du monde de 2003. Il semblait aussi en position de rafler une mdaille, peut-tre mme l or, aux Jeux de 2004, avant quune crevaison ne vienne freiner cette ventualit. La jeune vingtaine et dj, il se trouvait parmi les meilleurs cyclistes de montagne au monde.

    Tandis que plusieurs athltes auraient probablement continu garnir leur C.V. de mdailles et de victoires, et empocher les commandites, Hesjedal, lui, a plutt ralis quil avait atteint un stade critique. Le vlo de montagne ntait plus comme avant , dit-i l , un vent de changement samorait et le vlo de route gagnait en popularit. la recherche de nouveaux dfis, la route lui sourit.

    Ayant dj par t ic ip des courses sur route au sein de l quipe de dveloppement junior de Rabobank la Volta a Catalunya et le Tour de lAvenir , cette transition, en 2005, ne signifiait donc pas une rinvention radicale de sa carrire En optant pour la route, il se joignait un grand nombre dathltes issus du vlo de montagne, des coureurs chevronns comme Cadel Evans,

    notamment, ayant migr vers le monde plus lucratif de la route.

    Cependant, quand il signa un contrat avec lquipe Discovery Channel, sa monte au sommet ne fut pas instantane. Jtais habitu remporter les courses de montagne de trs haut niveau et l, j avais du mal rester accroch (lors des courses sur route) , confie-t-il. Et en signant avec l une des quipes les plus fortes du peloton professionnel, juste avoir une chance de courir savrait difficile. La moiti de la bataille, cest dtre assez fort pour figurer sur la liste des partants.

    Hesjedal a toutefois profit de son impressionnante, et naturelle, habilet la capacit travailler sur une longue pr iode , pour se diffrencier des autres.

    He only got better. By 1998, he had won a silver medal at the World Junior Championships, following that up with silver medals in the 2001 U23 world championships and the 2003 elite mens world championships. He appeared in position to win a medal, quite possibly gold, at the 2004 Olympics,

    before a flat tire short-circuited that possibility. In his early 20s, he had established himself as one of the best mountain bikers in the world.

    Many athletes might have gone from there to pad their resums with more medals and victories and cash in on endorsements and sponsorship deals. Instead, Hesjedal felt he had reached a critical juncture. Mountain biking wasnt the sport it used to be, he says, and there was a steady shift in popularity toward road cycling. He was looking for new challenges, and the road beckoned.

    A full-time transition to road cycling in 2005 was hardly a radical re-invention of Hesjedals career. He had already competed in elite road events like the Volta a Catalunya and the Tour de lAvenir

    as a member of Rabobanks junior development team. And by making the switch, he was just part of a larger mountain biking diaspora, led by such headliners as Cadel Evans, that was migrating to the more lucrative world of the road.

    But when he signed a contract with the Discovery Channel team, the rise to the top echelon of the sport didnt happen overnight. I went from

    winning mountain bike races at the highest level to just hanging in there (in road races), he says. And, having signed on with one of the stronger teams in the pro peloton, just getting a chance to race was tough. Half the battle is just being strong enough to get a start in a race.

    Hesjedal did, however, have an extraordinary, and natural, ability that set him apart from other riders a capacity to do work over a long period of time. Repeatedly covering long distances and 3,000 to 4,000 metres of climbing in training rides didnt bother him, and such endurance marked him as a guy with a unique ability to stand up to the rigors of a three-week grand tour.

    He played pro-team hopscotch for a couple of seasons before finding a

Je naurais chang a pour rien au monde.

He was no longer a domestique shuttling dozens of water bottles from the team car to the team leaders in the peloton ; by 2010, he was being tapped as a team leader for future grand tours.

    So it was for the 2012 Giro dItalia : Ryder Hesjedal, team leader for Garmin. He justified the teams faith in him by taking the overall race lead after stage 7 in what was a magical moment in his life. When I pulled on the pink jersey for the first time, I didnt care about the next day, he says. Youre in the jersey, and the whole race revolves around you. I wouldnt trade that for anything.

    After that, he proved not only to have the physical ability to win, he had the tactical smarts. I was never out of position to win the race, he says, taking a special pride in being able to stick with explosive, natural climbers like Spains Joaquim Rodriguez on the mountain stages. Doubters expected Hesjedals gangly 62, 160-pound frame to be too much of a burden when the flyspeck climbers started putting the hammer down on the steeper hills. They were wrong.

    Hesjedal and Rodriguez exchanged the pink leaders jersey several times during the course of the races last two weeks, but a superior performance in the tour-finishing time trial in Milan sealed the overall deal for Hesjedal. He reclaimed the pink jersey from Rodriguez on the day that it mattered most. The first Canadian grand tour win became a reality.

    The cycling community in Canada arose in a clamor of celebration. It was overwhelming, the support I got, says Hesjedal. The homecoming in the city of Victoria was amazing. Yet he remained a bit frustrated by mainstream Canadas short-lived appreciation for cycling in general and his own, grand-tour accomplishment. His Giro win, he feels, was quickly forgotten in the mainstream. I still dont think many people understand the magnitude of (what I did).

    He was disappointed in not being named the 2012 Canadian athlete of the year (an honor that went to soccer player Christine Sinclair), a snub he attributes to the low esteem that cycling carries in Canada. He feels the sport deserves better.

    Of course he is capable of being a prime catalyst in changing that attitude, as he points toward the coming season. The game plan is to build up through early-season races like the Tour de Catalunya and be ready to go full gas at the Giro and do even better in the Tour. He likes what he sees in the 2013 Tour route ; I think it is better suited for me than 2012. He is working on all the small details of time trialing, a critical grand tour skill, but he acknowledges that there are always unknown and uncontrollable variables that emerge in three weeks of racing. Just because you are at a (high) level doesnt mean youre going to win, he says.

    But regardless of what the coming season or future years might hold, he will always hold the claim that no one can ever take from him : first Canadian to win a grand tour. Already, at the top of the cycling world and in the cradle of paradise, he has lived a cyclists dream.Sirotti

  • Despite training this winter, a few extra kilos have probably crept under your jersey. What to do ? Here are a few tips from a pro to get you back in the saddle a little lighter.

    Plan : For a continuous, stable and sustainable weight loss, the goal of losing a kilogram a week is realistic. You can ramp up your training speed and intensity without always feeling famished.

    Proteins : Low-fat dairy products, lean meat, fish, or legumes (beans, chickpeas, etc.). Make sure to include proteins in every meal and snack. Beware of nuts, however ; their fat content pushes up the calories.

    Fibres : Whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Consumed in large quantities, fibre like protein increases the time it takes to digest and keeps you from feeling hungry. Fifty per cent of your plate should contain vegetables. Its a great way to see life in all its colours, right ?

    Carbohydrates : Eat your carbs before, during or after your training. That way youll have the energy you need for more intense effort, and your total energy expenditure will be increased.

    Portions : Reduce the size of your portions and the dimensions of your plate ! Consider this Delboeuf illusion to inspire you : the perception of the size of an object depends on its environment. By using a smaller plate youll get the impression of having more food.

    Hydration : Our brains can play tricks on us . We can think were hungry when were actually thirsty. Fill yourself with liquids before food.

    Alcohol : Unnecessary calories. Drink strategically go for better wine, less often !

    Habilets techniques En entranement, il est frquemment question de la puissance arobie maximale (PAM), de seuil, de watts, dintervalles ou encore, de perte de poids. tonnement, peu dadeptes prennent le temps de simplement revoir leurs habilets

    techniques. Pourtant, en corrigeant son efficacit mcanique, c.--d. son coup de pdale, le cycliste connatra trs souvent une amlioration au niveau de certaines de ses valeurs physiologiques comme le VO2 max, notamment, soit la puissance arobie maximale, un dterminant majeur de la performance.

    Aussi, afin de mieux grer son effort et sa vitesse, il est primordial de bien connatre ses braquets et de les utiliser adquatement. Et qui dit choix de braquet dit aussi efficacit mcanique, le fameux coup de pdale dont je viens de parler .

    Et pour dployer efficacement ses forces, le choix de la cadence nombre de coups de pdale par minute, selon le type de terrain

    A major stumbling block in improving performance is often a lack of technical skills. And when I say performance, Im not just talking about a pro rider looking for a podium finish ; I am thinking also of club riders and avid cyclists who want to achieve their full potential on weekly rides with their peers. Heres a coachs perspective to help you understand your r iding more clearly and, above all, keep pace with your fellow riders.

    Technical skillsTraining is often a matter of focusing on maximal aerobic power, threshold, watts, intervals, or even weight loss. Surprisingly, however, few cyclists take the time to simply review their basic technical skills. Yet in correcting mechanical ineff iciencies in the pedal stroke for example a cyclist can experience a marked improvement in such physio-logical values as VO2 max, a measure of aerobic strength, a key factor when it comes to performance on the bike.

    In addition, to do a better job of managing your effort and speed, its critically important to master the art of using gears properly. Using gears to your best advantage will result in greater mechanical efficiency in the pedal stroke Ive already mentioned.

    To use your strength effectively, the right choice of cadence the number of pedal strokes per minute, depending on the type of terrain and the type of effort is vital. The ideal is to practice your pedal stroke at different cadences in a variety of situations on flats, on climbs and during accele-rations. In matching the choice of gear as circumstances dictate, its important to develop your riding technique for various situations : climbing, descending, cornering and accelerating.

    The simple act of changing your position in the saddle (e.g., alternating between a seated position and standing up from the saddle) permits the involvement of different muscle groups. This lets you speed up, particularly

    Efficiency and fluidityDo you know the secret to developing a perfect pedal stroke ? Rollers ! Rollers are a training tool demanding a high level of concen-tration, but which, in addition to helping to improve your bike handling skills, let you develop an efficient, fluid technical motion. After a few sessions, youll find yourself making rounder and smoother pedal strokes and, by maintaining balance on the rollers, riding in what will translate into a straighter and more predictable line on the road. Your riding partners will appreciate it !

    Finding a campMany early-season training camps are available to help riders better prepare for the coming season. To help make the most of a camp experience and make a choice that best suits your needs, here are a few, important training-camp variables to keep in mind : the skill level of participants ; the number of participants per group and per coach (or per

    Trouver son campPour mieux prparer la saison venir, plusieurs envisageront de participer un camp dentra-nement. Afin de tirer le maximum dune telle exprience et pour faire un choix en fonction de ses besoins, voici quelques aspects importants considrer : le niveau dhabilet des participants ; le nombre de participants par groupe et par entraneur (ou par guide) ; la vitesse moyenne des groupes, le droulement des sorties (niveau de difficult et degr dintensit) ; lobjectif des sorties (c.--d. aspects techniques vs effort physique), le type de terrain, de parcours, et les distances parcourues ; lexpertise des entraneurs, des guides, ou des encadreurs.

    Ainsi, comme dans nimporte quel autre sport, pour progresser sur son vlo et savourer davantage ses randonnes, il vaut mieux matriser certaines comptences techniques. Et lapproche dune nouvelle saison, la slection dun camp printanier dans le but de les amliorer peut savrer un investis-sement vraiment gnial !

  • The early season, before the first numbers have been pinned onto any jersey, is the time when all the worlds top professional teams assemble for winter training camps. The aim ? To build fitness, get new equipment fitted, and start to mesh as a team. But how do they do it ? Cyclepresse took a trip to Majorca to have a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on.

    It is 10 :00AM on a cool January morning in Playa de Muro, Majorca. The shops of the strip are all closed because this is the off-season for tourists. Nevertheless, many of the hotels are full the worlds best cyclists are here to train. The mornings pre-ride discussion at the IAM Cycling team truck comes to an end, as three groups head out, each followed by a sport director. This new Swiss team is holding its first training camp with all of its riders together, and even though the team members are new to IAM, they have a lot of years of experience.

    Kjel l Carlstrm, formerly at Team Sky and now working at IAM Cycling explains : We are a new team and I am new to the role of Sport Director, but the aims of all winter camps remain the same : to improve as a team. With all 23 riders present we want to build our team spirit, let the riders get to know each other, while seeing how they all ride. Our team is split into three different groups, each with a different aim. Naturally all the riders do not follow the same race plan, so each group represents a different competition schedule. I am following the group that will

  • start in Qatar, while the other two groups are focused on either the classics or stage races later in the year. Each group will ride for anywhere from two to six hours, and the ones who need to be on form sooner will do more intensity.

    In two neat lines the riders roll out, and even though this is supposed to be a location that offers good weather, they ride, all wrapped up, under heavy skies. Occasionally, a rider will drop back to the car to chat with Carlstrm, who guides the whole training session. Right, ride for five minutes just rolling

    Sur la route, les coureurs forment deux lignes bien droites. Nous sommes un endroit o il est cens faire beau mais pourtant, ils sont tous habills chaudement et roulent sous un ciel menaant. Occasionnellement, lun dentre eux se laissera glisser jusqu la voiture pour discuter avec Carlstrm qui dirige lentranement. Exact, roulez pendant cinq minutes, petit braquet, juste pour tourner les jambes , lance-t-il de sa fentre lorsquils passent ses cts. Puis, Carlstrm poursuit : Cest une journe facile. On vient de terminer un bloc de quatre journes difficiles, ils doivent donc rcuprer. Nous sortons mme lors des journes de repos, et chaque journe respecte la mme structure petit-djeuner 7 :30, sortie 10 :00 (bien quon a eu, plus tt ce matin, une session de photos), rcupration en aprs-midi, entranement des muscles

Aprs un vol de seulement deux heures depuis le Royaume-Uni, les coureurs arrivent sans mme avoir saut un entra-nement. On prend le contrle total de lhtel et, de dcembre jusqu la mi-janvier, il ny a que nos coureurs et nos employs.

    Prendre le contrle dun htel, un luxe que seules les grandes quipes peuvent se payer. Mais derrire cette extravagance, se cache une explication. Brailsford continue : Suite la saison dernire, nous avons maintenant des visages bien connus sur lquipe, alors un htel calme leur donne la chance de rcuprer en paix.     No more than two kilometres from IAM Cyclings hotel is the British super team, Team Sky. Outside the hotel are the well-known black vehicles, each with Team Skys iconic blue stripe down it . Sir Dave Brailsford, Team Principle, explains how Skys training program works : I have been coming here for many winters now. It is a great location. After only a two-hour flight from the UK, riders can get out here without missing any days riding. We take over this whole hotel for all of December and half of January, when it is just our riders and staff here.

    Taking over a whole hotel is a luxury that only the largest teams can afford, but there is reason for the extravagance. Brailsford continues : After last season, we do have some well-known faces on the team, so a quiet hotel is better for them to recover in peace. The real reason for taking over the hotel is so that we can work undisturbed. We base our helpers, chef, mechanics and coaches out here for the full period, while asking the riders to come for a minimum of a week at a time. That way, they can work to their schedule, yet still have full support whilst out here. At the moment, (Bradley) Wiggins is training here during the week, then going home on the weekend to see his family. We want to find the balance between a great environment to train, while allowing the riders to be able to spend some time with their families because they are on the road so much during the season.

    And how does the team with the defending Tour de France winner go about their training ? Brailsford finished ; Our days vary, splitting into groups that focus on each of the riders target programs. Naturally the Tour group is doing less intensity than the classics group. Each rider has a specific program that he is following and a schedule for each day, so the riders all do intervals as needed during the group ride. The afternoons are focused on recovery and also building t he be s t r e l a t ion sh ip between rider and coach, which we think is central to a riders success.

    Whether it is riders on a new team getting to know one other for the first time, or a team, with the current Tour de France winner, able to take over a whole hotel, the hours logged in the saddle at winter c amps a r e whe re seasons are made.
