Settings  within  Print  Manager  allow  you  to  turn  on  billing  on  specific  Printers  and/or  Clients.  When  a  user  prints  the  job  is  held  in  the  Windows  Printer  Queue  waiting  for  Authentication.

Pop-­‐Up  asks  for  billing  data,  comments,  and  authentication.  Using  the  built-­‐in  existing  Windows  security  once  the  job  is  billed  the  print  jobs  are  resumed.
