CC of left calf tendernessafter golf game, unable to walk and muscle swelling.
PAST HISTORY:
• Obesity with hyperlipidemia under medication control.
• Gouty arthritis.• Hyperglycemia status under
medication.• Denied other disease or OP history.
MRI study in 94.11
• Nothing change of chest X-ray in recent years.. Had muscle tear, edema or hematoma seen by MRI study.
Muscle scan(Tc-99m SC)
• Dynamic study• Blood pooling phase.• Delaye phase(15 mins)+SPECT• Whole body scan

Outcome of this patient
• Complete rest for 2 weeks with• Walking stick support• Ice pack ,NSAID, • Gradually leakage to lower end (archillis tendon), than disappear. After 2 months, good recovery.
