BORDERCROSSING

BORDER CROSSING presents architects, designers, urban planners, and researchers who are working across boundaries——whether they are national borders, cultural lines, or disciplinary demarcations. In the current political climate, and in the border city of Buffalo, the program explores how borders can be productively transgressed through a number of discursive positions and practices, operating between territories, cultures, and ideologies. This series of speakers emphasizes the importance and urgency for transnational cross-

pollination in architecture and planning and celebrates the positive impact of immigrants and citizens from diverse backgrounds.#BorderCrossing
