Blendingmadeinthevineyard,harvestedbyhand.Elaboratedfollowingtheancestralmethodofonlyonefermentation.Itstartsinclayamphora720ltswiththegrapeskinsanditendsinthebottle.Itiscommercialisedwithoutdisgorging,withitsownnaturallees.Highaltitudevineyards,located700mabovesealevelinthePladeManlleuarea(AltPenedès).Thesoilispoor,stonyandcalcareous,withaverydiverseundergrowth,surroundedbypinetrees,oaktreesandsomegorse.Alsowithagoodpresenceofaromaticherbssuchasthymeandarnica.Thefaunaisdiverseandrichinspecies,inparticularthewildboar,abeastcursedbythepeasantsoftheareaforthedestructionitcausesinthevineyardduringtheharvest.

Smell:Subtle,delicateandfloral,withnotesofcranberries.

Taste:Theheightispresentatalltimes,providingfreshnotesandgoodacidity.
