This is a Brain's humble Plea"O’ Please, please take good care of Me" I am the most powerful organ of your bodyI send it messages- to work activelyI wish you all could realize The way you are rotting me
If you want me to survive- and work effectively
I need to live in a world-Pollution Free Not only smoking is bad for your health But it is also hazardous to me
Drugs, alcohol, even stress and obesity Are the main factors that are killing meAmong all the diseases regarding “Brain”Alzheimer is my worst enemy---Alzheimer's disease leads to nerve cell death---And tissue loss, so the brain shrinks dramaticallyOrganic Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Hempseed OilI recommend to take, 1-2 tablespoons dailyAll contain brain healthy fats, fibers, and proteinsHence they are all really essential for me
I even get sick due to Noise pollution So, reduce the sound of music and TV Video games have a bad reputation--- For wasting your time- causing brain’s rot
regularlyBut there are some- to strengthen your mind-Like “The Big Brain Academy”
Instead of playing fierce games like GTA (Grand Theft Auto)
Why don't you go for "Lumosity" These are the "Brain Games" to improve my

Decide to learn one new word, a day……Merely to expand your mind and

Berries of all sort are good for meBut top among all is BlueberryAll nuts, especially Walnuts, and Almonds These brain foods work best for meIf you want me to function well Avocados are rich in good fat and vitamin E
Oh Please! Give up the Colas, and all soft drinks
And Go for fresh juices, full of Vitamin CIn case you need an Energy drink---Go for the "Miracle Juice ABC"The A stands for Apple, B for BeetrootC is for Carrot- blend, drink, and energize me
Drink plenty of water, which is 85% of my weight
Detoxify your body, to keep Me healthyAdd apple slices in water (2 liter), with a
cinnamon stick-Drink daily-to rinse your body, thoroughly
Eating the right morning meal---Can have a big impact on brainpower-
Believe meA good breakfast- gives you a better startNuts, milk, and fresh fruit are great ways to
feed MeIf you really need a quick mood-boost Then dark chocolate (1 ounce) is especially
effective for me

And remember---Your brain needs rest to operate at its peak So a good night's sleep is essential for Me
