The best activities will get
your heart beating fast and
make you breathe harder.

Don’t exercise too hard.
You should still be able to
talk while you are moving.

done by yourself.
Others are done with a
group.

Some exercises you can do
alone are:
• Jump Rope
• Ride a bike
• Play hopscotch

group.
For example: hopscotch.
You can take turns playing
hopscotch with your friends.

Group Exercises

only be done in a group are:
• Tag
• Soccer
• Baseball
These activities need
several people to be able to
play them.

Try New Things
You can choose the
activities you like best. You
may like different things
than your friends, and that is
ok.
Remember to try new
activities, too. It is fun to try
new things, especially with
friends!

remember is get moving!
You should move your body
every day. This will help you
stay healthy and strong.
