The Background StoryJAM360: Two businesses that merged as one
•JAM is a full service agency that has been established for over 15 years
•360id is a boutique design studio specialising in websites, corporate id & AV presentations
•We officially became JAM360 when I started with the business in April
•My role is to manage the 360id side of the business and integrate the online and offline world of marketing for our clients
•I am heavily involved with both client service and production

2. Create a solution – no matter how big or small the brief! I can develop a unique marketing strategy to achieve a client’s desired goals and objectives

• Positioning our chapter as something unique – creating our own identity
• Generating a regular flow of new visitors to the group
• Building memberships in the chapter – target 30 before July

Track and Measure performance of campaign
Every week I will submit a brief report to the leadership team that breaks down the number of hits the website is receiving.
The obvious way to measure the effectiveness of this campaign is to see how quickly we can grow the chapter.
As we move forward we can always look for ways to improve the campaign – the website will evolve as the chapter grows. •
