While the fish are out of the tank while it is being cleaned, each fish is to be placed in a 5 gallon holding tank where the fish are observed to note any unusual behavior that may indicate the fish being unhealthy. Water is tested for nitrogen levels, Potassium levels and PH to ensure that the fish is healthy. The holding tank should be cleaned once a week.

Medical Treatment and Serve WeatherEvery night the elephants are moved into a shed near

the North Eastern portion of the habitat. The building had 3 separate areas for each elephant that lives in the habitat. When the elephants are in the shed, they are cleaned and examined by a team of three veterinarians to ensure they are in good health. They are also injected with highly concentrated vitamins once a week to ensure they are getting all the vitamins they need. During times of serve weather, the elephants are moved into the shed, which has been hurricane proofed. They can also be moved into the basement of the shed that is capable of holding all 3 elephants and has food and water.
