Application Method of Use1. The product shall be diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly. After beingmixed for several minutes , i t can be precipi ta ted or a i r - f loated to beocme clear water .2. The ph value of the waste water should be adjusted to 6-10 for better result.3. When the color and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of polyaluminum chloride, PFS, butnot mixed together. In this way treatment cost can be lowered. Whether inorganic coagulant is used before orafterwards depends on the flocculation test and treatment process.

PAC – Polyaluminum Chloride

Advantage1. Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better thanother organic flocculant, furthermore, the treatment cost is lowed by 20%-80%.2. Pre-treatment systems for RO plants are designed to produce feed water with a reduced fouling potential by removingpotential fouling species prior to membrane treatment. CleanTrix 333 is special formulation for cleaning of the TFC membranes of Reverse Osmosis units.CleanTrix 333 form eliminates splashing risk. Its acid concentration efficiently removes the salts of calciumfrom membranes. The product is also not harmful to soft metals like copper, Brass, Aluminum etc.

CleanTrix 333 is used in a concentration of 10 to 20 % of solution according to the intensity of the deposits to be eliminated.Make the solution in RO permeate and circulate it for 2-3 hrs, preferably @ 35-40 oC. CLEANTRIX666Colloidal & Silt fouling of Membranes

A concentration of 5-10 % CleanTrix 666 with permeate water is applied through a closed loop circulation for 1-3 hrs. Make thesolution in RO permeate and circulate it for 2-3 hrs, preferably @ 45-55 oC. Further addition of the product may be required duringcleaning job to maintain the pH 8.5 of the solution. After completion of cleaning drain the solution and flush the complete unit ofclosed circuit with plenty of fresh permeate water.

CleanTrix 666 is a high pH, powdered formulation designed to remove organics, Silt, deposition from themembranes surface. This cleaner formulated specifically for colloidal and biological fouling.
