T H E E D WA R D I A N B A L L R O O MThe opulent Edwardian Ballroom has a stunning, traditional décor and was modelled on the ornate Hall of Mirrors at

the Palace of Versailles. It provides the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and elegant dining.

T H E G A R D E N R O O M S : L I L A C , M A G N O L I A A N D L AV E N D E RThese rooms can accommodate intimate ceremonies for up to 25 guests. Alternatively guests may enjoy the stunning inter-connecting reception rooms, Lilac, Lavender and Magnolia for your Drinks Reception. On a glorious day guests

are free to wander at leisure around the beautiful gardens and terrace.

T H E P E R S I A N D I N I N G R O O MA beautiful room boasting a gorgeous fireplace, large original windows with stunning views out over

the grounds with direct access to the terrace. Perfect for larger wedding breakfasts.

T H E L O N D O N R O O MFollowing your Wedding Breakfast, guests will be invited to The London Room for

evening entertainment for up to 100 people.

A Z A L E AShould you require a separate entertainment room for children, we can provide a TV, Wii and beanbags.

B E D R O O M SOur 46 bedrooms are each uniquely decorated with distinctive features and include all modern amenities to ensure your

utmost comfort. At the end of the evening your guests can retire to their bedrooms to enjoy a good night’s sleep before the celebrations continue the following morning at breakfast.

Our Bridal Suite is a truly romantic and luxurious room, complete with period fireplace and roll top bath, perfect to prepare for your most memorable day before descending the grand staircase to your ceremony.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE Warren House can be hired to become exclusively yours for the most important day in your life.

• 46 bedrooms for the night of the Wedding, check in from 15:00 & check out by 11:00 the following morning.• Full English Breakfast for all Warren House residents

Each wedding is bespoke and as such prices will be provided upon requestWarren House is a private house, wedding venue, steeped in history, set in its own magnificent landscaped 4-acre estate. A romantic and intimate setting to spend your Wedding Day with closest family and friends.

Whilst this fee includes all bedrooms, you may prefer to request that your guests pay for their roomsand this can then be offset against your final bill.


NON-EXCLUSIVE HIRE Warren House can be hired non-exclusively for your Wedding Day

• Use of the function rooms selected for your Wedding for the times specified in your booking agreement• 10 bedrooms available on a chargeable basis for the night of your Wedding, check in from 15:00 & check out by

11:00 the following morning. Additional rooms are subject to availability• Complimentary upgrade to the Bridal Suite for one night based on a standard double room rate

• Full English Breakfast for all Warren House resident guests• Full co-ordination and design of the event

Before confirming your wedding date with us, it is important to contact Kingston Register Office in order to make the necessary legal arrangements for your wedding. You will also need to book a time and date with the Registrar to

Produce, perfection and a large helping of passion are the three staple ingredients in the

Warren House pantry! At Warren House we use only the best produce and ingredients to

ensure perfection is delivered time and time again. Our resident Sommelier will guide

and advise you to ensure the best wines are partnered with your menu and our barman

can even create a cocktail especially for you!

Your Wedding will give our Chef and Kitchen Team the opportunity to put their passion

to work and provide a delicious Wedding Breakfast which will have your guests talking

about for months to come and longing for more!
