Domaine Saint Hilaire is a historic vineyard in the south of France.

Being family owned and providing exclusive use, Saint Hilaire offers the ultimate romantic setting for your own

unique style of wedding for up to150 guests.

With a fabulous climate affording 300 days of sunshine per year, weddings at

Saint Hilaire are usually indoor-outdoor affairs

Hold your ceremony in our beautiful garden, our Grand Salon, a woodland clearing or even our gigantic wine cellar !

Between May and October alfresco dining is the norm

We can accommodate smaller weddings in our Grand Salon in either a sit-down

format or standing canapé-style . A marquee can be reserved as a back-up for use by larger weddings if rain is forecast

Being France it goes without saying that food is taken very seriously!

Whether you would like a formal multi-course banquet or something more relaxed there are plenty of options and menus to

choose from.

You can choose to arrange your food choices via us or select your own chef or

catering service.

Our white, red and rosé wines are highly acclaimed and regularly win prestigious

international awards

We are pleased to provide discounted prices to wedding parties

We do not make a sparkling wine but can source excellent Champagne and fizz at

competitive prices

Dancing under the stars is a perfect opportunity for everyone to let their hair down

Set in the middle of our 175 acre estate there are no near neighbours and no specific

cut-off times for music.

Staying a few days before and /or after the wedding creates a relaxed and romantic feeling - with plenty of time to prepare –almost like being married at home rather

than a venue hired for the day

Our historic manor house has been fully renovated to provide six/seven luxury en-

suite bedrooms, a heated pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms and principal

rooms

As well as being a wedding venue we offer a full set of catering and other wedding services.

These can be taken as a “package” or as individual selected and priced options.

A popular additional extra is a wine tasting with tapas or BBQ on the day before or

after the wedding.

With so many exciting choices to make and details to decide, planning your

wedding can be a daunting prospect –especially in a foreign language.

As an alternative to doing this yourself you may choose to take a full wedding package from us, use our “wedding planning light” service or use one of several good wedding

planners who work in the area.

Domaine Saint Hilaire is well situated with easy access from multiple airports –

Montpellier and Beziers being the closest and usually offering several flights per day

Nearby there is plenty of good quality accommodation for guests, services such as

florists and a huge variety of interesting and fun things to do including the beautiful

medieval town of Pézenas and the Mediterranean beaches

Costs 2020/21The cost of staying at the Domaine varies from E3,000 to E8,500 depending on the number of nights and time of year -

please see our website.

There is an event venue fee of E2,500 (up to 75 guests) or E3,500 (76-150) guests. We would be pleased to quote for catering and other additional services.

We charge a E5 corkage fee for wines and spirits that are not provided by us

We didn’t own Saint Hilaire until after we married but we hope you get to have as magical an experience as our London
