The Coachman Caravan Company was established in 1986 with just 18 members

of staff who hand-built 200 caravans each year. Today our team is 200 strong and

uses state-of-the-art technology and manufacturing techniques, to produce four

trained craftspeople, to the highest possible standard.

ABC has been developed over several years and by removing the need for

screws in the outer body shell it is designed to virtually eliminate the threat of

water ingress. We’re so confident of its effectiveness, that every 2019 Coachman

caravan comes protected by our comprehensive 10-year water ingress warranty

RIGOROUSLY TESTED Coachman meticulously quality check every caravan at several key stages

throughout the design and manufacturing processes. Once the finished caravan

rolls off the production line, every single one then undergoes comprehensive

multi-point checks before the caravan can be released for delivery.STRONG AND SEAMLESS The strong and durable body frame is made up of a tough, Polyurethane (PU)

material and uses Structural Reaction Injection Moulding (SRIM) techniques

which together are virtually impervious to water and have been proven through

rigorous testing. Coupled with our traditional production methods and our keen

attention to detail, every Coachman is made to stand the test of time.

WATER RESISTANT Each Coachman is fully bonded using innovative materials, specialist

adhesives and the very latest build techniques that together virtually

eliminate the threat of water ingress.

the materials and components that we use, we have been able to reduce the
