Volevamo per la nostra sede un significa-to e un’identità forte, allo stesso tempo di continuità e rottura con il territorio, un luogo di valore ma soprattutto di valori.

Abbiamo scelto di riqualificare e trasfor-mare un vecchio capannone abbandonato, simbolo e paradigma di un’innovazione che deve sempre porre le basi su solide radici. Abbiamo attinto al gusto e alla passione di artigiani locali per dare per-sonalità ai volumi e agli arredi. Abbiamo

sostituito il cemento con il prato. Abbiamo riutilizzato il cemento per costruire.

È rinato un luogo che rappresenta più dei metri quadrati che ingombra: una piazza dove si incontra, si confronta e cresce chi sceglie di fare impresa con la passione di sempre ma abbracciando il cambiamento. Al centro vi abbiamo posto la carlinga di un aereo, per ricordarci che l’innovazione è un viaggio e che l’uomo ha una naturale predisposizione all’esplorazione.

A strong identity and clear meaning: this is what we were looking for our headquar-ters. We wanted our offices to symbolize continuity and, at the same time, break with the traditions of our local area. A pre-cious space full of values.

For this reason, we decided to regenerate and transform an old factory hall in decli-ne, symbol and paradigm of an innovation that must always stand on safe grounds.

We drew inspiration from the taste and passion of local artisans to give our spaces and furniture more personality. Where the-re was nothing but cement, there is now a green lawn. Then, we reused cement to build again.

The result?A renovated building that represents much more than what it seems: a central place to meet, interact and prosper, so that people can keep on working with passion as they

always do, yet embracing change.

Right in the heart we put the fuselage of a plane: the perfect metaphor of the journey every innovator has to undertake.
