Your Health, your Rights The right to health of immigrants in Castilla la Mancha. The right to health of immigrants Immigrants living in Castilla La Mancha have universal access to health care public by the Health Service of Castilla-La Mancha (SESCAM) includes foreign persons residing illegally in any of the municipalities. To access public health the card is created for Health Care under the same conditions as other citizens. The solitude is in the center health, corresponding to place of residence of the person concerned presenting photocopy of proof of identity of the applicant certificate voter registration. Exceptionally, in cases where a citizen with actual residence not can prove their registration, may be replaced by a favorable social report on the special circumstances that may prevent the presentation of the certificate of registration.
