#3If you qualify, we will send you further project information and investor documents for your review, approval, and signature.
#4RETAIN IMMIGRATION LAWYER
We will recommend an immigration lawyer for you but you are free to retain whoever you prefer.
Our recommended lawyer charges $15,000 for standard cases.
The lawyer helps complete the green card application and verifies the source of funds. This could take approximately two weeks.
#5FIRST: Wire the Investment Funds ($500,000) to the Project Escrow Account. THEN: Wire the Administration Fee ($55,000) to the Regional Center.
(Note: Applicant has already paid $20,000 in other costs)
#6Once the source of funds is confirmed and we counter sign the investment documents, your application is then submitted to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
