What is Yoga
Yoga is a natural way of living healthily & happily. It includes
Asanas, Pranayama & Meditation.

1.Total health - Yoga will bless the person total health. As per Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, to be healthy means not only free of diseases, but with healthy mind i.e., love happiness and leading life with zeal & enthusiasm.
2.Immunity – Yoga gives good blood circulation, well functioning of all organs, improved digestion, absorption and secretion of healthy hormones
resulting in immunity.
3. Good stamina – By Yoga , one can be fresh and energetic throughout the day, even if there is heavy
work and tough situations.

4. Strong and flexible body – Yoga exercises will make muscles strong
and flexible. It improves the strength and conditions of
muscles and bones. It will make you adopt correct postures to be
free from any pain.

weight of the body.
