Shipping v The company has been set up as a Dry Bulk Shipping Platform to enhance

value of the supply chain

v It seeks to navigate high growth and niche markets with an adventurous spirit of discovery.

v Has a blended chartering strategy that utilizes a multi prong approach of Time Charters, arbitrage of cargo and ships, to hedge exposure while maintaining flexibility to gain exposure for market moves.

Corporate ServicesThe group has an entity in India which is involved in providing all kinds of supportservices for the corporates all across the Globe. The activities includeBookkeeping, Payroll, HR, Industry Analysis, Investment Analysis, Risk Analysis,Feasibility Reports, Market Study and other corporate activities. The companyuses the availability of experienced labor and ensures efficient service at lessercost.

The company is further planning to add more services to its umbrella.

v The IT vertical is developing an ITplatform & Mobile App for On-demandFuel delivery. The fuel will be deliveredto the purchaser directly at theirlocation.

Financial Services v The group is involved in providing

whole gamut of Financial Services withaim to cover all facets and achieve thepinnacle in the related fields. Thevertical is involved in providing variousInsurance products, Trade Financesupport, managing of investments inReal Estate, other Corporates alongwith Trade Finance assets. The group isalso involved in providing advisoryservices to various corporates in India,Singapore and GCC.

v The group has two entities licensed &regulated by Dubai and GuernseyFinancial authorities.

Financial ServicesThe group forayed into Financial services in2014 with their corporate advisory vehicleYNI Advisors DMCC. After successfullyestablishing its space in the corporateadvisory, the group entered other arenas ofFinancial Services and is targeting to becomea Financial conglomerate with presence invarious regions across the globe and inalmost all spheres of Financial services.

Financial Services – Trade FinanceThe group is focused on Trade finance and all the group entity's havebeen strategically set up to support the Trade Finance activities of thegroup. The group has trade funds in Cayman Island and DIFC, Dubai withan asset management company in DIFC, licensed & regulated by DubaiFinancial Services Authority (DFSA).

The Trade finance vertical is involved in financing of structured and fullysecured trade transactions.

The transactions are secured by Bank instruments, Control over goods,Shipment documents, Credit insurance, Asset Collaterals apart fromcash margins.

The group has been running an informal & formal trade fund usingtrade partners for more than three years and has earned a return ofmore than 12%.

Financial Services – InsuranceThe insurance vehicle of the group has been incorporated in Guernsey. Thecompany is licensed and regulated by Guernsey Financial ServicesCommission (GFSC) as a general insurance company.

The insurance vertical of the group has been set up with an objective toprovide trade credit insurance to compliment the Trade Finance activities ofthe group along with protection against the financial impact of losses of anyother asset.

The solutions can range from policies that insure all or part of a seller’saccount receivables book to financial protection for damage to propertiescaused by perils like Fire, Storm, Floods, Earth-quake, Impact by vehicles /aircraft and other associated perils, motor vehicles accidents, accidents toYachts and travel mishaps among many others.

The company has various tie ups with other Insurance companies forfronting and reinsurance lines to provide a complete package.
