WHEREAS, complaint under oath was presented before me, the undersigned Judge of this Court this date alleging that CHRISTOPHER REYES RIVERA, in Bradford County, Florida, between October 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017, while employed as a Corrections Officer at Florida State Prison, did knowingly and intentionally request, solicit, accept, or agree to accept, any pecuniary or other benefit not authorized by law, for the past, present, or future performance, nonperformance, or violation of any act or omission which the person believed to have been, or CHRISTOPHER REYES RIVERA represented as having been, either within her official discretion, in violation of public duty, or in performance ofpublic duty, contrary to Section 838.016(1), Florida Statutes. WHEREAS, the Court finds from the facts alleged in said complaint that there is probable cause that said offenses were committed and that said Defendant committed them.

NOW THEREFORE this is to Command you to arrest the said CHRISTOPHER REYES RIVERA, instanter, to be brought before the Court to be dealt with according to law.
