In-house production for efficient insulationIn order to have all core competences in house, we manufacture our own insulation products. Since 2012 we have had our own DIN-certified test bed for superior optimisation and in-house controls. Our storage tanks – quality from a single source.

Sky sleeveThe Sky sleeve sits snug on your storage tank like a suit. It gives our products a premium and durable finish. For more style in your cellar.

PU rigid foam - one of today's major trendsWe very much welcome the introduction of the Energy Label in connection with binding upper limits for heat losses. For years we have consistently pursued the position of maximising storage tank insulation wherever this makes sense. In order to pursue this goal, we have engaged in development work, tested mate-rials, tested combinations, and measured innumerable storage tanks. The lessons learned formed the basis for the further ex-pansion of our PU rigid foam production for storage tanks up to 2,000 l. Five years ago, for example, we set a trend that is now conquering the markets.

Test bedWe have an automated for determining the heat loss from sto-rage tanks in line with EN12897 and EN15332. The basis for developing future-proof storage tanks in line with ecological design principles and the Energy Label. Here we test under real conditions in week-long tests how well our storage tanks store your energy. For reliable information for our customers.

Infrared monitoringWe use thermal imaging cameras to explore the quality of the temperature stratification of our storage tanks. We can see here whether the series production storage tanks and also our new developments actually achieve the desired clean separati-on of the layers.
