ONLINE MONTHLY RECOGNITIONThe Online Monthly Recognition Program is a new program that recognizes clubs for excellence in fundraising and service each month. It was implemented by the Member Recognition Committee with the assistance of the District Secretary and District Administrator.

Each month, a list of the clubs with the most service hours per member, with the most funds raised overall, and with the most funds raised per member for each division will be posted on the CNH CyberKey under the ‘Recognition’ tab.

The club with the most service hours per member, the club with the most funds raised overall, and the clubs with the most funds raised per member for the entire district will be recognized on the home page of the CNH CyberKey.

NOTE: Tjese outstanding clubs are determined based on data extracted from MRFs sent by LTGs to the District Secretary. Clubs or Divisions that fail to send in their MRFs will not be recognized.

CLUB AND DIVISION CERTIFICATESThe Member Recognition Committee has created club-level and division-level certificates as a form of more personal recognition for clubs and divisions to employ.

Clubs are encouraged to use these certificates at club meetings to recognize members who have had a positive effect on the club. These should be presented by the Club President and/or Advisor.

Divisions are encouraged to use the Division-level certificates at Divisional Council Meetings (DCMs) to recognize members and clubs that have stood out over the past month. These should be presented by Lieutenant Governors in ALL divisions.

All club and division certificates may be found on the CNH CyberKey under the ‘Recognition’ tab.

PLEASE USE THESE CERTIFICATES AND ENCOURAGE YOUR CLUBS TO DO THE SAME.
