METHODOLOGY
Experiential in the workshop. A five step process before, during and after workshop formanagerial workshops
PROCESS ( How we proceed? And conduct Training?)
I. Group Email ID one week before the workshop date to be sent to us, theparticipants would receive an agenda and introductory email from us.
II. 2 days of actual workshopIII. 10 days after the workshop, summary of workshop contents is sent to all the
participants for revision
IV. 14 days after the workshop, post training evaluation format would be sent to allparticipant to understand their actual learning and its transference to actual
workplace.
V. HR department, would send us the completed formats within next 16 days.VI. After another 15 days, a skype meeting is orgainsed with the participants with the
help of IT department wherein the trainer talks to the participants in the light of
post training evaluation formats, participants own observations and feelings. This
lasts for generally 2 hours or more as required.
II. In next 7 days, the comprehensive training assessment report is generated by usand it is sent to the HR. and thus the loop is completed. We dont charge
anything extra for pre workshop or post workshop activities.
