Try to include:

- imaginative vocabulary

- Adjectives and prepositional phrases eg. The little girl with a red coat

- Apostrophes to show procession (ownership) eg The bird's feathers.

- some of these words from Year 3/4 spelling list: actually, decide, different, natural, special.

The lifeless bird with brown feathers lays on the stoney path, looking very special. The

bird's central position on the gravel path is clear. In addition, the natural surroundings of

the woodland are a peaceful backdrop and actually bring a sense of calm to the girl and her dad, as they decide to slowly walk away
