Use Case Examples Xavor has the following use case examples around CRM:

Quality Case IntegrationWhen a Quality Case is created in CRM, xEngine immediately pushes the case details into the other system. In addition, you can keep all cases synced at all times if it changes on either side.

Opportunity Won – Creating Corresponding Sales Order in ERP SystemWhen integrating an opportunity with ERP, as soon as an Opportunity is won, a corresponding sales order is created within the ERP system.

Account, Product or Quantity On-Hand SyncAs soon as an Account or Product is created in CRM, the ERP system (or other system) reflects quantity on-hand changes. The corresponding item in CRM is also updated for reference and visibility for the sales team.

Technical Requirements for Integration with CRMIn addition to the xEngine System Requirements, the following set-up on the CRM side should be completed:

• API to create or access CRM Objects such as Opportunity, Customer or Case• A triggering mechanism that would push the data to xEngine on an Event (i.e. you may want to push case information to

the 3rd system as soon as its closed in CRM)• For communication on secure socket layer or SSL we will need SSL Certificates
