Textiles and Clothing:-The objective of this agreement is to secure theintegration of the textile and clothing sector . TRIPS :-The WTO agreements of trade related aspects ofintellectual property rights (TRIPs) recognizes thatwidely varying standards in the protection andenforcement of intellectual property rights and thelack of multilateral disciplines dealing withinternational trade in counterfeit goods. 13. TRIMS:-Trade related Investment Measures (TRIMs) arethose restrictions a nation places on foreigninvestment that adversely affect trade in goods andservices Disputes Settlement:-The Dispute Settlement Understanding(DSU) isthe legal text that spells out the rules andprocedures for disputes between membercountries.
