the world is possible. The spread of English as the language of international businesshas made it more important than ever for people working with colleagues, clients and partners from other countries to understand each other, so that they can form effective and productive working relationships.Loosely defined, business Englishrefers to English language used in international trade or business. It is a specialized area of English language learning and teaching because it is largely attributed to non-native English speakers who study the subject to enhance their communication .Communication skills, including writing, are one of the most important transferable skills that workers possess. Most business professionals, such as marketing, finance, and research and development managers, need excellent writing skills to properly convey ideas and concepts. There are many reasons that writing skills are important in the business world.

Writing skills are an important part of communication. Regardless of what level of hierarchy you are at in an organization, writing is a valuable skill. Managers especially can greatly benefit from honing their writing craft.

Managers are expected to write reports, emails, memos and letters which their subordinates are supposed to read. Now if this written communication is badly structured and written, the subordinates will waste time trying to decipher it. Badly written communication is also open to misinterpretation. In order for a manager's career to prosper, they need to possess or fine tune this important skill-set.

For speaking skills, our corporate professionals are badly in need of practice . We need to be updated with the modern English, We have to utilize the opportunities to learn English pronunciation & definitely they have to have a mind for accepting the unknown. In ESP syllabus, receptive skills are learned behind the productive skills if we do not want to spend extra time for Listening & Reading. ESP not EGP : ESP is contrasted with EGP, or English for General Purposes. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is known as a learner-centered approach to teach English as a foreign or second language. It meets the needs of (mostly) adult learners who need to learn a foreign language for use in their specific fields, such as Professional ,science, technology, medicine, leisure, and academic learning.
