Welcome to your Online Coaching Workbook 1 Congratulations! If you want to create a business that gives you the lifestyle that you want, then getting on board with Your Online Coach was your first step towards that goal. Getting the workbook is the second step and a very important one. When you write things down, they become clearer. It’s easier to hold yourself accountable to things you’ve written down, and it’s easier to see your progress. So well done for getting this workbook, now start using it. The exercises follow those that are in the module, and I encourage you to complete them during the session. When you get into the habit of doing that each time, you’ll know that the coaching session will only take about an hour of your time, and you’ll be all set for the next month. Feel free to pause the video if you want some more time to complete an exercise. It’s better to take a little bit longer, than to leave it till later, because later is usually never. Don’t forget to put your actions in the online form, as this is essential for the accountability that is such an important part of the coaching. Enjoy!
