To begin with, I want you to follow me back in time, to the year 1995 when Woodlite first opened it’s doors. Back then we were a small production company with a small crew and a limited amount of equipment in stock. What we did have, was a lot of ambition, heart and soul. That spirit took us to this date in 2014, a journey with hard work, long hours, set backs and joy. Nowadays we are a much larger company with a lot more resources at hand, and we have since 2005 shifted our focus to dry-hire, supplying our customers with production resources like lights and rigging.

The benchmark in our way of business, is to enlighten you to explore and experience what Woodlite is all about. Our vision is to change perceptions of business within entertainment lighting.

In real life terms and in practice we believe that you want your hire equipment in ”mint condition”. Therefore we tend to our fixtures, nurse and serve them so they act and looks like almost brand new. And the same goes to all the other equipment we have in stock.We deliver the equipment in tailor suited flight cases, to the place where you want it, and in time. We want your experience to be as good as it can be, from delivery via production to pick-up. That’s why we have implemented a rigorous care and attention to details. Be-cause at the end of the day we feel a great satisfaction in knowing that we have committed ourselves to the task in giving you an enhanced experience!

As a company we have existed to this date for almost 19 years. During these years, we have collected a whole lot of experience. Experience that we have learned from and now incorporate in our main business. It’s very bright and super-fast with a sharp parallel beam that cuts through the air and across video with ease. It can project a static or rotating glass gobo to produce precision in-air and surface images with an even focal plane. Tight or at full 20 degree zoom, the output is crystal clear and brilliant. Add in either rotating, 6 way linear or 8 way circular, prisms to create wide reaching effects across any set. Drop in the frost filter and use any of the 13 rich colours to create a smooth even wash. The Pointe has an output far greater in size, quality and power than seems possible from it’s small, lightweight body – due to the efficient short arc 280 W discharge source and the Robe optical configuration. This new technology fixture even travels efficiently in a case of 4 and will cover all your needs – Beam, Spot, Wash, FX - there is no point in using any other fixture.

The VL500 80V utilizes a bright 80V tungsten lamp for applications where more intensity is needed. With it’s integral dimmer, the VL500 80V allows dynamic intensity control and smooth timed fades. The patented and innovative DICHRO❋TUNE™ radial colour mixing system employs three sets of 16 radially mounted dichronic blades – magenta, blue, and amber – designed to produce a smooth, full spectrum of colour cross-fades.

First born in a family based on the use of continuous rotation, MAGIC PANEL 602 is a modular LED luminaire allowing for a broad range of diverse visual effects. Equipped with continuous double rotation in PAN and TILT mode, it’s able to display media thanks to it’s Arkaos KlingNet protocol or to be controlled via DMX RDM protocol through it’s XLR connectors. The display is made up of 36 15 Watt LED RGBW modules fitted with high-output 7,5° 45-mm optics, the unit runs on a sophisticated and particularly quiet cooling system and offers an overall luminous flux in excess of 14.000 lumen for a consumption of 600 Watt.

We have a series of fixtures from Chroma-Q in different sizes with a couple some nice features such as Amber LED + RGB mixing. They have really good colour mixing and every single LED has it’s own lens which deliver maximum light output and a con-tinuous even light flow from 0-100%. This is a great fixture for lighting backdrops and stage props. But don’t let your imagination end just with that, you have many different modes to choose from. And you can work with it in lots of different ways, from the simplest wash to a pix-el mapped mode in the set. They are built in a sturdy fashion, so you can tell by the weight that this is a high quality fixture.

Kino Flo’s new innovative Celeb 200 DMX LED is a soft, cool LED ideally suited for today’s growing demands for energy efficient, portable, yet color-correct LED lighting. The Celeb was developed using the latest technology to conform to Kino Flo’s highest standards – cool, color-correct, flicker-free and dead quiet, which is what sets the Celeb apart from all other LED’s. As with all Kino Flos, the Celeb’s soft, lustrous color has been specially formulated to match the spectral distribution curves of HD film and video cameras. With a high color rendering index (CRI 95), the Celeb operates cooly and flicker-free, even while dimming, and maintains its True Match® color temperature without any color shift. The all-in-one metal alloy fixture includes onboard and DMX dimming and runs universally at 100-240 VAC or 24 VDC. The push-button Kelvin presets can be fine-tuned to custom settings from 2700 K to 5500 K with a turn of a dial. Light levels do not change when selecting Kelvin settings. The Celeb’s slim profile is lightweight and mounts onto a baby stand or can be hung from a grid with a baby pipe clamp. With its soft, beauty light and compact, sturdy design, the Celeb makes a great tool for rigorous everyday use in any studio environment or on location.

§ 1Woodlite är förkortningen för företaget Woodlite Sweden AB.§ 2Uthyrningsvillkoren gäller mellan Woodlite och beställaren av utrustningen, nedan kalladhyrestagaren. Det åligger hyrestagaren att själv ta del av uthyrningsvillkoren.§ 3Uthyrningsvillkoren gäller både när Woodlite har personal på plats och när hyrestagarensjälv ombesörjer personal. Observera att vår personal ej ingår i hyrespriset.§ 4All leverans sker fritt Woodlites lager i Karlstad om inget annat överenskommits.Ombesörjer Woodlite transport, tillkommer transport- respektive fraktkostnader.§ 5Med hyresperiod avses den tid som löper mellan det att utrustningen lämnar Woodliteslager till dess den återlämnas dit, oavsett om detta sker av hyrestagaren själv eller genombud/fraktbolag. Ut och inlämning sker alltid från samma ställe.§ 6Hyra erlägges kontant vid hyresperiodens början, eller om så överenskommits, fakturerasvid hyresperiodens början. Detta gäller endast kunder med upplagt konto. Konto kan fåsefter sedvanlig kreditprövning. Minsta hyresdebitering är 400:- exkl. moms.Betalningsvillkor för kreditkunder är 15 dagar från fakturadatum. Vid försenad betalningdebiteras dröjsmålsränta med 2 % per månad. Erlagt hyresbelopp kan ej tillgodoräknasvid ett senare köp, om inget annat överenskommits.§7Eventuell förlängning av hyresperiod måste meddelas senast en vecka förehyresperiodens utgång. Förlängningar debiteras som fortsättningshyra enligt gällandeprislista med ett tillägg på 1,5 % av basvärdet. Om förlängning sker senare än en veckaföre hyresperiodens slut debiteras förlängningen som en ny hyresperiod.Förkortning av påbörjad hyresperiod där utrustningen är avhämtad debiteras enligtföljande:Förkortning där hyresperioden avslutas inom 14 dagar efter förkortningen är meddeladdebiteras den faktiska förkortade hyresperioden plus 14 dagar, dock längst 21 dagar eftermeddelande-dagen eller längst tills det första bokade slutdatumet.Förkortning där hyresperioden avslutas mer än 14 dagar efter förkortningen är meddeladdebiteras enbart hyra för den faktiska förkortade hyresperioden.Avbokning av bokad utrustning vilken ej är avhämtad, måste göras senast 15 dagar föreden bokade hyresperiodens början.Om detta ej är gjort utgår en avbokningsavgift enligt följande:Avbokning 14-3 dagar innan = 70 % av hyresbeloppet.Avbokning 2-1 dagar innan = 90 % av hyresbeloppetAvbokning efter hyresperiodens början 100 % av hyresbeloppet§ 8Därest hyrestagaren ej förlänger hyresperioden och dröjer med återlämnandet avutrustningen efter avtalad hyresperiods slut, är hyrestagaren skyldig att till Woodlitebetala för varje dygn som påbörjats utöver den avtalade hyresperioden med en dagshyraper försenat dygn dock max med 33% av det ursprungliga hyresbeloppet per försenaddag.§9Hyrestagaren är ensam ansvarig, under hela hyresperioden, för skada på och/eller förlustav hyrd utrustning, oavsett om den beror på vållande eller våda (olyckshändelse). Detåligger hyrestagaren att hålla utrustningen försäkrad mot alla risker, under helahyresperioden, till fulla värdet. Vid eventuell skada på och/eller förlust av hela eller delarav den hyrda utrustningen, är hyrestagaren skyldig att, utan dröjsmål, ersätta Woodlite förden skadade eller försvunna utrustningen med vad det kostar att återanskaffa ellerreparera den försvunna/skadade utrustningen oavsett eventuella nedsättningar frånförsäkringsbolaget.Hyrestagaren är skyldig att omedelbart meddela Woodlite när skada eller förlust inträffat.Med skada menas ej interna fel på utrustningen, orsakade av förslitning ellerfabrikationsfel, som hyrestagaren ej kan göras ansvarig för .§ 10Woodlite ansvarar för att utrustningen är felfri och funktionsduglig vidutlämningstillfället. Det åligger hyrestagaren att vid början av hyresperioden kontrolleraatt utrustningen är i funktionsdugligt skick. Skulle fel eller skada uppstå underhyresperioden skall hyrestagaren meddela Woodlite snarast. Ev. fel skall repareras avserviceavdelningen på Woodlite och får ej utföras av hyrestagaren själv utan Woodlitesgodkännande.Hyrestagaren ansvarar för att defekt utrustning kommer Woodlite tillhanda för reparationeller utbyte. Woodlite har rätt att ersätta defekt eller skadad utrustning med likvärdig

utrustning, om ersättningsutrustning av samma typ och fabrikat ej finns tillgänglig.§ 11Utrustningen kvarstår i Woodlites ägo under hela hyresperioden.Hyrestagaren får därför ej låna ut, pantsätta, överlåta, byta ut eller sälja utrustningen.Utrustningen får ej heller uthyras i andra hand eller föras utomlands, utan Woodlitesmedgivande. Woodlites märkning av utrustningen får ej avlägsnas eller övertäckas.§ 12Hyrestagaren ansvarar själv för att all beställd och erforderlig utrustning hämtas vidhämtningstillfället. Woodlite kan ej göras ansvarig för ej beställda erforderliga delar, ellerhos Woodlite kvarglömd utrustning.§ 13Hyrestagaren är skyldig att äga nödig kännedom för inkoppling av utrustningen på detallmänna elnätet. Hyrestagaren ansvarar för att utrustningen ej utsätts för skada vidinkoppling till elnätet och/eller sammankoppling med annan utrustning.Hyrestagaren äger ej rätt att göra ingrepp i utrustningen, förutom för lampbyte och/ellersäkringsbyte, även om han är tekniskt kunnig, ej heller låta annan än av Woodlite utseddperson utföra reparationer av utrustningen. Har fel uppstått på utrustningen pga. åtgärd frånhyrestagaren sida är Woodlite ej skyldig att i utbyte ställa annan felfri utrustning tillförfogande, eller reparera utrustningen utan att hyrestagaren erlägger ersättning härför.§ 14Vid arrangemang där Woodlite tillhandahåller såväl utrustning som personal svararhyrestagaren för att erforderlig elektricitet enligt hyreskontraktet finns tillgänglig och attsamtliga el-uttag är riktigt och korrekt kopplade av yrkesman.Kostnader i samband med skador uppkomna av felaktig el-spänning debiteras hyrestagaren.§ 15Woodlite ansvarar ej och kan ej göras ekonomiskt ersättningsskyldig för misslyckad ellerinställd föreställning, visning eller liknande som orsakats av fel på utrustningen,transportförseningar, force majeure eller andra omständligheter som Woodlite ej rår över.Woodlite svarar ej för skada som på grund av hyresförhållandet kan komma att drabba tredjeman.§ 16Alla strålkastare/ljuseffekter levereras med fungerande ljuskälla(glödlampa) samtreservljuskälla i rimlig mängd förhållande till antalet hyrda armaturer. Återlämnade defektaljuskällor alternativt ej återlämnade reservljuskällor debiteras till sitt fulla värde.För hyrestagare utan kredit, skall detta i förekommande fall, betalas kontant vidåterlämningstillfället.§ 17Vid hyrestidens slut är hyrestagaren skyldig att iordningställa utrustningen med tillbehör,förpackningar etc. i den ordning och med den emballering som Woodlite utlämnatutrustningen i. I annat fall är hyrestagaren skyldig att ersätta Woodlite för iordningställandeav utrustningen. Ersättningen beräknas enligt för tiden gällande timdebitering för Woodlitespersonal och debiteras för den tid som krävs för iordningställandet av utrustningen. Omutrustning saknas vid återlämnandet, debiteras hyrestagaren utrustningens fulla värde.En faktura utställs och krediteras om utrustningen returneras inom 10 dagar frånfakturadatum.§ 18Woodlite är berättigad att med skäligt varsel få tillträde till hyrd utrustning förförekommande fall typ service, inspektion, utbyte eller återtagande av utrustningen.§ 19Woodlite har rätt att omedelbart häva uthyrningsavtalet och återtaga utrustningen däresthyrestagaren:a. dröjt med erläggandet av hyra utöver en vecka efter förfallodagen eller dröjt upprepadegånger med hyresbetalning utöver överenskommen tid.b. försatts i konkurs, omyndigförklarats eller avlider.c. i strid med punkt 17 ovan vägrar Woodlite tillträde till utrustningen.d. vanvårdar, utlånar, pantsätter eller överlåter utrustningen.e. i övrigt i väsentlig mån åsidosätter vad i detta avtal överenskommits.§ 20Vid hyrestagarens avtalsbrott äger Woodlite rätt att omedelbart häva uthyrningsavtalet samttillgodogöra sig avtalad hyra, utöver eventuellt skadestånd/merkostnad, för helahyresperioden.§ 21Om villkor i avtal eller ordererkännande avviker från dessa bestämmelser, skall avvikelsergälla framför dessa uthyrningsvillkor. Tillägg eller ändringar till ingångna avtal skall varaskriftliga för att vara giltiga.§ 22Eventuell tvist skall avgöras vid svensk domstol
