I have had a great fall with you all and really enjoyed watching your  growth. Everyone has been making such great progress and it has been evident in your results. Several seniors sang on College Night and got lots of exciting feedback and encouragement from colleges around the region. We also had a number of students prepare for the KMEA Jr. and Sr. All -State auditions. Congrats to Lauren Adams Morton Middle  ) who was selected for  Jr. All -State Choir. Congrats to Adam Kern  Henry Clay High  ), Emma King, Eric Minion , and Megan Hall  Lexington Catholic High  ) who were selected to be part of the Sr. All -State Choir.  There will be several other opportunities next semester to participate in, including State Solo and Ensemble Festival and Spring Voice recitals. For current sophomores and juniors, you are also encouraged to consider auditioning for the summer Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts. Applications are due in late December.

GREAT PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY!

We will once again be singing for 

guests of the Ronald McDonald

House on Thursday December 

13th. I know this is also the samenight of the Winter Concert at

Lexington Catholic. I’m sorry.

There will be other opportunities to

share your gifts at RMC next

semester. Private students please

let me know if you are able and

interested in performing at this

event. We will only have time for 

each person to sing one piece,and then we will join together to

sing a few Christmas carols

together at the end of the set. It is

always a great opportunity to

perform and is enjoyed by the

folks there.

We will sing at 7PM.

Please plan to arrive at RMH by6:45PM. RMH is located near 

Commonwealth Stadium & BCTC

I really appreciate everyone’s commitment to staying up to date with payment and excellent attendance atlessons this fall. It has made everyone a lot more productive and it has made my job much easier. I really 

appreciate it.

If you ever have any concerns or questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I love hearing fromeveryone and working together to make sure the students reach all their goals.

 The last day for lessons this semester will be Wednesday December 12th. Priv ate students will resume on orafter January 1st depending on the day we meet. Lexington Catholic students will resume after January 3rd

depending on when we meet. Thanks!
