I have had a great fall with you all and really enjoyed watching your growth. Everyone has been making such great progress and it hasbeen evident in your results.
Several seniors sang on College Night and got lots of exciting feedback and encouragement from colleges around the region.
We also had a number of students prepare for the KMEA Jr. andSr. All -State auditions.
Congrats to Lauren Adams ( Morton Middle ) who was selected for Jr. All-State Choir.
Congrats to Adam Kern ( Henry Clay High ), Emma King, EricMinion , and Megan Hall ( Lexington Catholic High ) who wereselected to be part of the Sr. All-State Choir.
There will be several other opportunities next semester toparticipate in, including State Solo and Ensemble Festival and Spring Voice recitals.
For current sophomores and juniors, you are also encouraged toconsider auditioning for the summer Kentucky Governor’sSchool for the Arts. Applications are due in late December.

WINTER 2012 VOL. 6
GREAT PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY!
We will once again be singing for
guests of the Ronald McDonald
House on Thursday December
13th. I know this is also the samenight of the Winter Concert at
Lexington Catholic. I’m sorry.
There will be other opportunities to
share your gifts at RMC next
semester. Private students please
let me know if you are able and
interested in performing at this
event. We will only have time for
each person to sing one piece, and then we will join together to
sing a few Christmas carols
together at the end of the set. It is
always a great opportunity to
perform and is enjoyed by the
folks there.
We will sing at 7PM.
Please plan to arrive at RMH by6:45PM. RMH is located near
Commonwealth Stadium & BCTC
at 1300 Sports Center Drive
