Make Every Day Special “My Special Day was so full of positive energy, fun and excitement for all four of us. Leaving London and breaking out of the routine of the last months and doing something wonderful made me feel like life is coming back to me.” At Willow we can create a bespoke partnership to suit your needs, from employee engagement to brand awareness. Your support for Willow will allow us to help more young adults like Kirsten (pictured below). Whilst undergoing intensive treatment for breast cancer, Kirsten asked Willow for a Special Day that would enable her to spend some much needed quality time with her young family. Approximately 14,000 young adults are diagnosed with a life limiting illness every year. Willow is the only UK charity currently working across all life-threatening conditions within this age range. Founded by former Arsenal goalkeeper Bob Wilson and his wife, Megs, in memory of their daughter Anna, Willow has funded more than 11,500 Special Days for seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds.
