Who’s Who (Continued) Who’s Who (Continued)

STEPHEN PETIT (Director) feels very blessed and thankful to say this is his seventh season directing Majestic Children’s Theater. Started in 2005 by his late high school drama teacher Van Farrier, Stephen is honored to be carrying on this wonderful summer program into its 13th season. In addition to directing, he has also written adapted scripts for one of the three shows per season. Past scripts include The Jungle Book, A Little Princess, Pinocchio, Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp, 2013’s Alice in

Wonderland, and last summer’s Through the Looking Glass…And What Alice Found There. Stephen is the production manager for the main season at the Majestic and has also been seen on stage, most recently as Mozart in Amadeus. Thanks to Danny, Todd, Aurora, Elisabeth and Emily Weber, Elizabeth Pangburn, Craig, Josiah, Justin, Keeanna, Chase, Rebekah, and to all the wonderful young actors, new and ‘old,’ for all they do to make these shows possible, (and thanks and love to Katie for her unwavering love and support). Thank you for coming and I hope you enjoy!

ELISABETH WEBER (Music Director) is happy to be returning for a fourth summer with Majestic Children’s Theater. Elisabeth has a B.A. degree in church music, a Masters in Organ Performance with an emphasis on music education, and years of experience working in community musical theater. She is the music director for the Unitarian Universalist Society of Greater Springfield, where she helped co-found the Unity House Players theater. Elisabeth has been the music director for many local

productions including several shows with Greene Room Productions, the Theatre Guild of Hampden, Monson Summer Theater, and Unity House Players. When not at the keys for a musical, teaching piano lessons, or directing choirs, Elisabeth serves as production manager for her family of six.

EMILY MAR _____________________________________is 16 years old and lives in West Springfield. She attends Pioneer Valley Performing Arts (PVPA), in South Hadley and is an upcoming junior. She majors in dance and technical theater. Emily is currently a member of WOFA the African Drum and Dance Company. She is also a member of the Asian Student Union, ASU, and National Honors Society at PVPA. Mulan JR. will be the FIRST musical production Emily has ever performed

in. She plans to pursue a career in Engineering or Architecture at the Coast Guard Academy. Another passion of hers is soccer, and plays soccer for the GPS West U16 team. Emily would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her and encouraging her to take risks.

AUTUMN MARCHETTO __________________________is beyond thrilled to be returning for her second year at Majestic Children’s Theater! As an upcoming senior at Gateway Regional High School, Autumn has performed in five shows at her school and two at the Majestic. Favorites overall include Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables, Rapunzel in Into the Woods, and for Majestic Children’s Theater: Ladybird in James and the Giant Peach, the Red Queen in Through the Looking Glass... and What Alice Found

There. Sandra Templeton in Big Fish. When not acting or singing, Autumn can be found playing the saxophone or piano, going to the movies, or playing school sports such as basketball, softball, and cross country. She plans on attending college for film acting and musical theater, and would like to thank her parents and sister for all of their support.

MIKEY PEREZ ___________________________________is approaching his senior year at Springfield Central High School. In his freshman year, he was placed into a drama class despite it being far from his first choice. But, to his surprise, theater spoke to him, and he’s dived head first into it ever since. He was also encouraged by his peers to try his hand in singing. Since then he has played such roles as Autolycus in The Winter’s Tale, Franklin D. Roosevelt in Annie, and has had the honor of

starring as the character of Shrek himself in Shrek: The Musical. Musical theater is now his passion and the Majestic Theater is the next step to take to pursue his dreams and achieve his goals. He couldn’t be more thankful for this opportunity.

ALISON WEBER _________________________________is excited to be performing at the Majestic again this summer. You may have seen her before as the White Rabbit, Dormouse, and the Bug-with-a-Cold in Through the Looking Glass…and What Alice Found There, or as Merryweather in Disney’s Sleeping Beauty KIDS. She currently attends Greenfield Commonwealth Virtual School. When she’s not found on stage she enjoys playing the piano, reading, baking bread, and playing Dungeons

& Dragons. She would like to thank Stephen for making all of this possible, as well as her family for supporting her through her life’s journey. Enjoy the show!

SYDNEY SEO ___________________________________This is Sydney’s first production with the Majestic Children’s Theater.

EMILY WEBER __________________________________from the town of Monson, is happy to be part of the Majestic Children’s Theater for her third year. She has been acting since she was six years old and has studied dance for 11 years. She has also choreographed for various community theatres including Unity House Players, Theatre Guild of Hampden, and West Springfield High School. She will be going to Chicago College of Performing Arts this fall to major in Musical Theatre with

a concentration in Dance. Favorite shows she’s been in include Lucy in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Majestic Children’s Theater), Emotional Creature (Greene Room Productions), and West Side Story (Unity House Productions). She would like to thank Stephen, the production team, and her family for all of their support. Enjoy the show!

JORDAN ARNOLD (Stage Manager) is from Springfield, Massachusetts and goes to Fordham University as an International Studies major, with a minor in Bioinformatics and Theatre. In high school she was the Assistant Stage Manager for Steel Magnolias and Snow White, and the Stage Manager for A Christmas Carol, Mary Poppins, and Into the Woods. She loves learning languages and loves the performing arts. In the future, she hopes to take advantage of the opportunities she’ll have as an NYC college student and work

with theatres in that area as well. Thank you for coming to see today’s performance. She hopes you enjoyed it and please come again!
