Sales: Pete NashPete handles customer enquiries and quoting for the U Box, U Crate, U Pod, Baggage and shared container services from USA and Canada.
Pete has a degree in Geography from Towson University, has moved Internationally a few times himself and has done everything in the moving business from packing and driving to running the export shipping desk in the office and now sales. He has also been a fire fighter in MD

Customer Service: Alicia Hawk
Alicia handles the operations and coordinating of our baggage, U Box, U Crate, U Pod and shared container services. Once your shipment is booked, Alicia will email you all the paperwork and help you complete it and arrange the shipping and keep you informed and relaxed all the way.
Alicia has a great knack of keeping all our shippers happy and is constantly complimented on our 5 star reviews by happy customers.
She was previously an office manager for a chiropractor before joining us in Jan 2012.

Accounting: Ruby TuckerRuby, aka money penny, handles all the bookkeeping. Any questions regarding payments, credit card handling, banking, etc. contact Ruby.
Ruby has worked for us since 1998 and has done every single job in the office at one time or another and has not been afraid to jump on a forklift or drive a truck when needed as well. Ruby has been involved with the International Association of Movers Scholarship program as well serving as vice chair for YP35 for the IAM

EU Imports: James ReadIf you have a U Box or baggage shipment and are moving to Europe, you will probably be speaking to James. He arranges customs clearance and deliveries for all these shipments to your residence via tail lift trucks that can deliver your U Box or Baggage shipments on a pallet to your driveway or garage.James previously worked as a manager in retail and therefore has good customer service skills but now likes the logistics side of business and the office hours.

Container Exports: Stephanie CardoneStephanie has many years of experience working for International Movers as well as Shipping companies. She has a wealth of knowledge and contacts and therefore is the perfect choice to be running our Self Load Container Shipping Division. We ship 20 and 40 foot containers from The USA and Canada Worldwide. Stephanie handles all the shipping line bookings, paperwork, customs declarations & trucking. Stephanie also manages our consolidation services and trade division.

Chris has a background in shipping having worked for Maersk Line before joining us in 2008. He is therefore well suited to run our terminal to terminal service which we call “Cheap Ship”

Mark aka “The Moving Doctor” started in the moving industry in 1977 and has moved overseas himself 5 times so he has personally experienced the challenges of overseas moving. Mark has been with us since our start 25 years ago. He is Vice Chair of The International Shippers Association and is a well known and respected leader in the industry.
