Registration: Ends February 14th 2014. There will be a $10.00 Late Fee for any child registering after 2/14/14.No registrations will be accepted after 2/28/14. WBSL will have booths set/up at Brookshire's in Whitehouse,Wal/Mart on Troup Hwy, and Academy on 1/25/14 : 2/1/14. We will also be at the Whitehouse little dribbler'sbasketball tournament on 2/8/14 at Whitehouse Junior High. Forms may also be mailed with a check, and a copyof the player's birth certificate to:

Player Evaluations: ALL players must attend one evaluation, even if they are a protected player. This does notinclude instruct ional players (age 3/4 ), they are not required to attend evaluations. Any child that does notattend a player evaluation will be placed in the blind draft, and may not be selected as a protected player. Playersneed to be registered before evaluations.

Draft: Monday, March 3rd 2014, coaches will be notified of location&: time at a later date. No players or parentsare allowed to, or need to attend the draft. It is only for coaches and assistant coaches.Practices will begin the week of March 17th, 2014. Your coaches will contact you after the draft and give youpractice dates and times.

I, the parent/guardian of the above mentioned player for the Whi tehouse Baseball/Softball League, hereby give my approval to his/herparticipation in any and all league activities. I assume and understand all the risks and hazards incidental to such participation.
