ABOUT US
Hospice of Bozeman Health has been providing family centered care for over 30 years. Our goal is to alleviate troublesome symptoms, so that you and your family can embrace moments that bring meaning and joy. We listen and respond to your concerns and provide medical, emotional and spiritual support consistent with your wishes.
Our team visits intermittently and is available to you and your family 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hospice can assist with arranging 24 hour care when necessary.
OUR HOSPICE TEAM INCLUDES:• Medical director—board certified in
geriatrics, hospice & palliative care • Hospice trained registered nurses • Social workers • Chaplains/spiritual counselors • Certified hospice aides • Physical, occupational and speech
therapy consultants

PATIENT ELIGIBILITY• Physician has diagnosed a terminal
condition with life expectancy of 6 months or less.
• Patient/family elects treatment directed towards symptom relief versus cure for a terminal illness.
• Patient has sufficient caregiver support.
HOW TO PAY FOR HOSPICE
Hospice is covered 100% by Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, services may be paid by Veterans Administration Hospice Benefit and some private insurance. Hospice coverage includes medications, medical equipment and supplies related to the terminal illness. Hospice of Bozeman Health will work with you and your insurance company to determine the coverage of your hospice benefit.
