Do these application already exist or not?

As far as I know, no hotel or business have integrated all the services I offered into a single app. Still, some services already exists but either only on internet or not combined with the others or not as sophisticated as mine.

As for the feasibility of the apps I suggested, I am sure they will all become real in a short time.
