Funding of LLV Executive Developing Adaptive Organisations course
MOTION - To approve expenditure of $22,500 for the purpose of FOTV contributing half the total cost of sending the LLV Executive team on the Adaptive Cultures Practitioner Development Program.

Build FOTV Website
MOTION - To approve expenditure of $2880 for professional website build (NB - $2500 budgeted for website in 2019)
● Not another comms channel - will support existing channels: emails, Facebook, WhatsApp
● Source of truth - all FOTV news, info, contacts, forms and resources○ No more searching through old emails, posts, chats.

• A wide variety of speakers were shared, including popular ones like Steven Biddulph, Maggie
Dent, Dr Karl, and Michael Carr-Gregg, as well as Psychologists, Chefs, LLV parents and even

Auditorium Working Group
● Welcome our new group members - Jane, Gauri & Patti. ● They are working on the foundation of the group and
specifically narrowing down the speakers short list.
● Huge thank you for all your suggestions from the survey the team are looking at these now.
● We will be looking for volunteers closer to event timings. Please let us know if you have interest in supporting this team - a detailed list of what they would need help with will come out closer to the event.
This group is tasked with making the most of our incredible
auditorium space, both for fundraising opportunities but also to bring
unique and relevant speaker opportunities to our parent (& larger)
community.

EVENTS
Events are tricky until restrictions have been lifted. So the following are all pending at this stage and we will introduce when it’s possible:
Term 3:● Kids Silent Disco (fun and fundraising)● Parent catch ups by Stage

FUNDRAISING
We are thinking outside the square to raise money for the school in a way that feels appropriate given everything. Some ideas we would like to roll out in addition to the events are::
● Fundraising Gratitude Tree● LLV Art tea towels● Sock Fundraiser - who doesn’t need
socks?● Additional styles to the multiform

and Grey Marle / Navy● Activewear sport tights● If mins met, we can turn
around in 14 days!!!!

Sustainability
New Sustainability Learning Area
● $15,000 grant under Department of Education’s Sustainable Schools program
● Location: front playground near old cubby house
● Design elements: chickens, native stingless bees, raised planter boxes for growing produce, bush tucker planting, composting bays and worm farms, seating areas to accommodate a small group as well as a whole class and more.
● School input via staff survey● Project timing - 2 weeks’ construction

Confused at our branding.
I know this purple and orange has been kicking around for awhile on our
Preso but our logo is black/navy and bright red?
Thoughts on cleaning up our logo and colour scheme.
Keep current but change all our docs to these colours or
If we have to stick to purple and orange then
what about a logo something like this… or just some other lame ideas...
