• Main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana; The amount of THC in marijuana determines how strong the effects will be.

Technically, yes, he is a drug dealer. He is not a licensed seller of marijuana. He can only grow marijuana for himself.

No, it has not from what they have seen so far. People like Ben who have authorization to grow it turn around and sell their extra marijuana for potentially a third of the cost of marijuana sold in stores. 40% of the marijuana that is currently being bought in Colorado is still being done so illegally. Also, Colorado has become the "black market" for other surrounding states.

• Even though it is legal for people 21 yrs or older, employers can drug test their employees at any time. If employees test positive they are subject to termination from their job because many employers have a zero‐tolerance policy for drug use.
