Relativism is the viewpoint that concepts such as right and wrong, good and evil, or truth and falsehood are not absolute but change from culture to culture and situation to situation (p.186).  

SJPII called all Catholics to stand up for truth in the face of moral relativism, especially in his encyclical "The Splendor of Truth" (p.186).  Pope Benedict XVI reiterated this call stating that the "true revolution consists in simply turning to God who is the measure of what is right and who  at the same time is everlasting love" (p.187).
