You have no weaponry. How do you protect yourself? You have fallen asleep at the helm of your ship and have awoken to find yourself far from land. How do you get back to port?

WHAT DO YOU DO? I have a list of scenarios for you, and you will use your

problem solving and critical thinking skills to try and solve it in your groups.

The problem is that you have been sent through a time machine back to 1300 CE.

You are lost in the woods and surrounded by a pack of wolves that will be moving in for the kill in moments. You have no weaponry. How do you protect yourself?

You have fallen asleep at the helm of your ship and have awoken to find yourself far from land. How do you get back to port?

disappeared a week ago, but you cannot read, you are very poor and you live very far from any monastery? How do you decipher the message?

You are the king of a mighty nation. You are getting older, and you have no heir. You have found it hard to perform your duties lately, as you cannot read the letters due to your deteriorating eyesight. There have been rumors of an uprising if you cannot perform you daily duties. You cannot trust any of your courtiers to read for you, as they might be in on the rebellion. What do you do?
