• “…the impact or end result of services on a person’s life…” (Glendinning et al, 2006)

• This is determined by the aspirations, goals

and priorities of the individual.

• Assists in appropriate goal setting

• Need for a tool to support SHANARRI based outcomes focused child’s planning across partners

• Used SHANARRI indicators as a starting point
