  • Dealer meets have a distinctive role in planning & maintenance for sales & marketing of an organization. Our reasons too included, 1. Launch of a new product, 2. Generating awareness

    among dealers, 3. Relevance in implementing

    Product Promotion Activities,

    4. Farewell and note of thanks to Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan,

    5. Arrival felicitation of Mr. Harshendra Garg, and

    6. Concluding with Rewards & Recognitions and distribution awards.

    Ms. Amardeep Kaur, our anchor took the centre stage and initiated the meet and invited our CAM Mr. Swaminathan to begin the occurrence.

  • The meet started off with an Introduction speech by Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan, addressing and thanking the arrivals ,eminent extended members of Tata Steel along with Mr. Sanjay Sahni, Mr. Satyjit Maitey, Mr. Bibhash Ghosh, Mr. Sumitesh Das and Mr. Kanishk and Directors of Mangla Sons, Mr. Meghraj Mangla, Mr. Vijay Mangla and Mr. Hemant. Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan, addressing the audience.

  • Security First Mr. Ramesh begun with security measures one should adapt in case of any given emergency. It is indeed essential and worth appreciating to mention here that we have always witnessed Mr. Ramesh giving security measures in every meeting which takes place . It is something which has really got down deep into conscious state of mind .

  • Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan invited Mr. Sanjay Sahni to share his grace with the audience.

    Taking notice of every singe effort done at Channel Partners end as well as second legs distance , Mr. Sanjay appreciated the army-like winning attitude of entire extended family . His presence, words and patting always compliment with each other. The same could be felt by all of the audience.

  • Mr. Satyjit Maitey was invited to energize the ambience and then the moral of the Channel Partner and Second Legs. Indeed there will always be rough ideas and tough targets but then ordinary things are for ordinary people and we are certainly not one among ordinary.

  • Dealers meet is necessary for all the corporate company, and for dealers too as well for it gives chance to have one to one interaction of dealers with marketing head, sales department and company personnel. Mr. Satyajit was open enough to give and avail this opportunity.

  • Mr. Satyajit Maity informed many potential efforts done on Roof Junction and especially on Nest-in. Mr. Hemant Mangla shared his piece of experience and his practical views for the same.

  • M/s Sahni Traders from Solan shared his views regarding Roof Junction and the benefits involved in this facility where a client gets entire solution under one roof with total peace of mind and time economy. Mr. Honey Sahni has competed 3 projects so far under Roof Junction.

  • Interesting was to witness that the purpose under which Rood Junction was launched was well taken and understood by the implementers. M/s Sahni was almost speaking the same language which has been used to design this entire concept.

  • Mr. Puneet Mangla was invited to share his experts regarding Nest-in Projects for Mangla Sons is one among best Channel Partners to execute Nest-in and have a good start. The obvious challenges and their effective solutions were informed to the target audience . Dealers were motivated to understand the concept and go ahead with it for better gains.

  • Product Promotion Activity has to be relevant with the current cause and contemporary issues giving a right meaning to our Slogan Garv Se Jiyo . Garv Himachal, a Mangla Sons initiative, earned many applause for being most contemporary, relevant and effective activity which became an event it self by drawing amazing numbers of participation from the Local Himachalies as well as tourists who shared same views about Himachal Pradesh as such. Mr. Vinay Sharma was asked to share the same with the target audience . The sense of pride for being Himachali was simple yet most sought after one. Females in Himachal Pradesh are most safe in entire Northern Belt of India and the way things are getting unsafe and unpleasant for females in rest part of North India or other part of India, it does became an occasion to celebrate, for Himachal stands tall and transparent when it comes to females and their life and freedom. Indeed, a strong matter of Pride.

  • Beti Bachao an initiative under the CAM-hood of Mr. Harshendr Garg was organized in Ahmedabad, Gujrat. Mr. Garg shared his experience and sense of Garv which was beautifully implemented and became a well appreciated effort by locals and media too as well. The ratio between male and female has become a major matter of concern in northern part of Gujrat and that became a source of inspiration to come out with such a cause related event. He also informed about an event which was organized for differently able kids and they were asked to draw or give their views about environment. Again a great gesture of pride for sure.

  • Dr. Sumitesh Das, a man with wonderful sense of humour and expertise, one who is into R&D for Nest-in project shared some wonderful anecdotes about Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan as well as narrated a beauty story with an undercurrent of basic needs of humans for which one has to start with a new revolution, only to be followed by others then.

  • Dr. Das not only appreciated efforts done by Team Mangla Sons but also educated us how this idea of Nest-in got conceived. It was interesting to know that considering a standard of life a defense person or a police force lives, Nest-in was designed to give better quality and quake-resistant homes.

  • Dealers Meet is a very appropriate platform to launch as well as educate dealers for a new product. Mr. Tarun Jadley from Tata Bluescope Steel, took the right opportunity in doing the same and introduced a new product Linear Profile used for the purpose of False Ceiling. He informed about its dimensions and colours which can be made available as per demand, begining with just white colour as of now.

  • There were couple of concerns regarding DLP Scheme and suggestions to work better under target oriented business by Mr. Vijay Bahel And Mr. Paras.

  • This was also an opportunity to share feelings for Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan with whom Team Mangla Sons took new heights and achievements.

    A note of thanks was delivered by Mr. Vinay Sharma and forwarded his invitation to the Directors of Mangla Sons to share the podium and views.

  • Otherwise a Microphone-shy person, Mr. Hemant Mangla too got carried away and expressed his since feelings to bid a farewell to Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan.

  • He was emotionally and gracefully accompanied by Mr. Meghraj Mangla and Mr. Vijay Mangla. Their silent presence but standing shoulder to shoulder with Mr. Hemant Mangla in a bid to farewell was a witness enough to reveal how very much we all are going to miss Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan.

    With this, conference was concluded and all were invited to meet again for the

    evening Awards Function.

  • Started with a warm welcome with a graceful Indian Tradition to Garland our Respected Hosts as well as our eminent guests.

  • Awards Function begin with a wonderful song sung by Prataksh Group. A group with Sufi and Fusion music methods.

  • Our Anchor, Ms. Amardeep again took the centre stage into a storm with her presence and delicate hosting of an event.

  • Dancers begin the occasion with Ganesh Stuti and impressed the audience with their dancing style, ability and amazing body language.

  • Well known Comic Artist from Laugh India Laugh Mr. Surinder cracked jokes and silent minds with his amazing sense of presentation and relevant humor.

  • An Anchor announced the nominations for Most Promising Dealer of the year . 1. Joshi Enterprises, Mr. Virendra joshi from Theog, Dist. Shimla 2. She invited Mr. & Mrs. Meghraj Mangla, Director of Mangla Sons to declare the award which went to Joshi Enterprises, Mr. Virendra joshi from Theog, Dist. Shimla

    A special mention of Mr. Pradeep Sharma’s efforts and virtues were greeted to honor his contribution in Tata Shaktee and Durashine business as well as a great support he has been. When requested to speak few words, he choked with emotions and honor he was bestowed with.

  • And then begun the music, the dance and the fun which went on till all dropped and resorted to dinner plates.
