The closest train station is in Lilydale, which is approximately 20 minutes by car or taxi. Please let our conference coordinator know if you require airport transfers or a chauffeur car as this can be easily organised for you.

Executive Chef Simon Geare and his team create seasonal menus using fresh local produce. The gourmet country cuisine has become one of the main attractions that has made the venue so popular. Menus are constantly changed to accommodate seasonal produce; sample menus are available including BBQ, Spit Roast, Tapas Bar, Wood Fire Pizza Oven specialities and themed events. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements are also catered for. Be-low is an outline of the meals served under our Complete Meeting Package:
Breakfast:Cold and hot self serve buffet, consisting of a wide range of Cereals, Fruit and Yoghurt, Poached or Fried Eggs, Grilled Ba-con, Hash Browns and more. Served in our Main Dining Hall
Morning / Afternoon Tea: Freshly baked and varied at each interval such as Muffins, Eclairs, Scones, Apple Pies, Teacakes and many more. Served in our Main Dining Hall or your Conference Room
Lunch: Gourmet style self-serve buffet. Variety of Breads and Condiments served alongside healthy and seasonal meals such as Mini Quiche, Gourmet Pies, Roast Meats, Local Smoked Produce, Soup of the day and a range of fresh Salads. Served in our Main Dining Hall or in your Conference Room as a ‘Working Lunch’.
Dinner:Our dinner menu is designed by our Executive Chef he caters for all special dietary requirements and uses only the freshest seasonal produce.
