AftermarketSupport

n Service Contracts for all CustomersThe Oshkosh team has developed Service Contract options for ourproducts with a strong Oshkosh backing. The Service Contractscover scheduled maintenance, or more comprehensive supportpackages, directly. Oshkosh is also working with Dealers todevelop local Service Contract offerings for regions that will besupported directly from regional dealers. This will benefitcustomers from having increased support options for our products.This will also help increase the overall lifecycle performance andsatisfaction of Oshkosh Products.

n Dealer Rating Plan for International Dealers This plan has been developed by our team with participation of ourdealers to highlight required support structure necessary tomaintain market leader position with our products. This programis beneficial to the customers and the entire team structure bylaser focusing our support to areas that matter most to dealersand end users. This plan was developed and kicked off in 2015and will continue to grow into the future.

n Full Life Cycle Focus on ProductsOur Full Lifecycle focus on the equipment we produce will allow ourcustomers the ability to both extend the useable lifespan of theequipment they have and to better control costs of maintainingthat equipment. As we continue to improve this program, ourfactory-backed refurbished programs will play a key role. We willalso be rolling out a plan to review and improve provisioning at ourforward located warehouses, as well as improving our experiencelevel of our forward located support staff.

World of AftermarketDuring 2015, the Aftermarket Team that supports the International Fire & Emergency and Commercial Divisions of Oshkosh Corporation hasexpanded to include the Asia Team. This combination of teams will allow the Global Aftermarket team to increase channels for support andoffer a new depth of experience for our customers worldwide. In 2016, we look forward to many new Global Aftermarket offerings. We will begaining a key support platform from our new warehouse in Singapore, which will add logistics support options to augment Middle East andother locations around the world.
