•The WA State Transcript will not include P grades in the GPA Calculation
•The Skyward Report will include a P in the GPA Calculation
Consequently the GPA reported on the Skyward Report will be incorrect
GPA DiscrepanciesDetails of the Discrepancy – GPA Points:
School Year 2007 records from the Student Course/Grade History Records Report:
GPA DiscrepanciesSolution for Incorrect GPA Points:
Correct the GPA Credit Value in Grade History
Path: Student/Grades/History/Edit Credits (after correct course is selected)
GPA DiscrepanciesFinal Steps of Correction:
• Re-run individual Audit for the student(s) in question
• Run and print a Washington Transcript Report for the student(s) in question
• Run and print a Student Course/Grade History Records Report for student(s) in question; or select the CY GPA/Tot. Button on the GPA tab to view the Current GPA
• Compare the resulting GPA in the “Cum” lines. If all discrepancies have been corrected, the totals should now match
