through Summary
4 Steps to CP/GCP Re-enrollment
Membership in the Microsoft Partner Program is valid for one year from your program enrollment or anniversary date. All Partner organizations must re-enroll to avoid membership expiration.
You may re-enroll in the program beginning 90 days before your anniversary date. Only your Organization’s Program Administrator can re-enroll your Organization.
There are four re-enrollment steps, performed in the Partner Membership Center:1. Select a program level for your re-enrollment. (You can only enroll at the
program level for which you meet the requirements.)2. Sign the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement.3. Update your Organization Profile.4. Pay your program fee, if required.

Earn Partner Points
To achieve your desired level in the Microsoft Partner Network, sign in to the Partner Membership Center and enter your qualifications in the relevant Partner Point earning categories.
You can earn Partner Points in a variety of categories, depending on your business model. The Partner Point earning categories include:
•Microsoft Competencies in which your organization is enrolled. •Selected Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications.•Tested Microsoft-based solutions that have passed the required software certification, the required software product test, or the Windows Hardware Quality Labs requirements.•Business wins that are verified through references you provide to Microsoft for customer projects that you have delivered. View the Guide to Managing Customer References to learn how.•Customer satisfaction based on feedback from customers doing business with you.

What is Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index?
1. An online, easy-to-use, automated survey system for measuring customer satisfaction
2. Provides partners with customer feedback & insightful analytics
3. CSAT tool is managed by a market research company called TNS (formerly called Prognostics)
4. Requirement for renewal of Gold Certified Partner membership
Partners must complete three required steps:
Design survey
Upload customer contact information
Select sender invitation options
Launches survey by clicking Finalize & Launch Survey button
System prepares survey invitations to send to customers within 48 hours
Repeat the required steps for each new survey period
