DE MATTEIS ADVISES LYCAMOBILE WITH THEIR ITALIAN LAUNCH

May 22, 2014 – DE MATTEIS Studio Legale has assisted Lycamobile, one of the world’s leading mobile virtual network operators (MVNO), on the launch of their mobile services in Italy. Lycamobile is the largest Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in terms of geographical reach and number of clients. The company has over 30 million clients and is active in 17 countries - including the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, and now Italy where they operate, through an agreement with Vodafone, as a Full MVNO. Andrea De Matteis (photo) – the Founding Partner of DE MATTEIS Studio Legale led the team of professionals that provided legal counsel to Lycamobile on their historic step into the Italian market. This team included Matteo Colistro and Francesca Sordi who advised on the regulatory aspects – in addition to Simone Giordano and Alessandra Caldana who advised on the antitrust and privacy issues.
