Pay whenever you want to enter the game; However, the earlier you pay the earlier you get to start investing and the earlier you get an advantage over others!

After you pay, confirm your email address so we can send you the password for the game and instructions on registering.

New Stock Market Game! The earlier you become a member and start the stock market game,

the more opportunities you have to invest and win prizes! :D If you’ve paid membership dues and haven’t received an email with

the game details, talk to one of the officers after the meeting. Since the prizes are much more intense this game, we will enforce

the rules very strictly. Here are some ground rules for the second semester game:

You cannot, under any circumstance, give the password for the game to anyone.

You cannot create multiple accounts. If you, ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED

Your account name cannot be offensive, derogatory, or insulting to specific persons in any way or else it will be removed

You can miss no more than 4 FIA meetings to be eligible for the prizes (unless you notify FIA staff that you will be absent beforehand)

You must have paid for membership dues BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME 

You cannot have someone else invest for you on your own account. You should give us your username in the game and your password (for

validation purposes) as soon as possible so there are no potential misunderstandings or deletions.

woes Biggest test to France’s stability happens today when France sells 10

year bonds; if rates go up, France may be in trouble France has imposed austerity measures, saving 72 billion Euros since

August Germany is the only European country (besides the Isle of Man) that

has a Triple A rating from S&P IMF agreed to start a $500 billion fund-raising drive for the European

crisis Expect more turmoil as European leaders are hesitant to offer more

bailouts to beleaguered countries Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland.

Occupy LOHS! (Relay for Life) On April 20, American Cancer Society will

be hosting its second annual Relay for Life at Los Osos, an event dedicated to creating awareness about the terrible effects of cancer and research being done to find the cure

The basic structure of the relay is a ten-man team that will help spread awareness of the event throughout the student body, as well as participate in the various fun activities that will be hosted at the relay

Occupy LOHS (cont.)

FIA is going to be a sponsor club for this event, and we need your help to make that event, as well as FIA’s involvement in the event, a phenomenal success!

Teams from FIA will be registered under the name “Occupy LOHS” and have ten members per team; there is no limit to how many teams we can have, so everyone should join!

Among the various duties of each team, each team’s individual members have to raise $100 from now until the event to stay overnight at the event!

To help with the fundraising, we will be hosting a competition among the various teams and members to see who can raise the most money

Prizes will be awarded not only to the teams that make the most money collectively, but also to members of those teams that raised the most money on their own

Prizes will include trophies, medals, and even better prizes than the ones for the investment game!
