gives a single, integrated cross-portfolio view of facilities and

Ideal for business users, Concept Reach provides a light,
web-based front-end application to complement the wider
use of Concept Evolution. Easy to customise, it sits on the
client’s existing intranet or extranet, using the same data set
as Concept Evolution and allowing users to interact with the
same information as FM specialists and partners across the
organisation.
Concept Connect
For sub-contractors and users who do not need full system
capability, Concept Connect provides access to Concept
Evolution’s tools and applications via a light web portal. It allows
clients to tailor Concept Evolution so that contractors have
access to relevant information – Purchase Orders, Quotes, Task
Management and Reports – and tools such as grids, search
facilities and resource allocation functions that will allow them to
complete their own tasks.

environment, providing a feature-rich web-enabled

user interfaces to workflow and process management, and

Energy Management
FSI, in partnership with eSight® Energy, a web-enabled,

In Concept Evolution, the Energy module allows users to
attach a utility to an asset and collect consumption data
from eSight®. They can then use the information to generate
reactive tasks, display energy reports using Concept
